Food was okay, even though they got my order wrong and I had to ask 3 times for BBQ sauce for my nuggets. Three separate customers came in with wrong orders or missing parts of their orders from drive through. Most of the tables were dirty, and they didn’t even have frostys!

I will never go to this location again! The General Manager Miguel is very rude and extremely unprofessional. There was an issue with my card being debited. He stated my card declined – but my bank showed it was debited. I attempted to show him that my account was debited and he refused. He rudely replied oh well you owe 28.77. He could not provide a receipt of the card being declined. My card was then charged a second time ! He gave the food in a rude and rushed manner. My husband and I honestly were shocked. At this point we had no idea he was the manager. My husband then goes inside , he used a derogatory term in spanish when he walked in! My husband asked again for a copy of the receipt he again refuses to provide proof it was declined. When asked to speak with a manager he says I am the general manager and shrugged my husband off. Fortunately I was able to get one of the charges reversed. I called corporate and now I am leaving this review. It is unfortunate that to be in a service industry job to act this way with anyone especially when I was very nice and so was husband. He may need some retraining or evaluate if this is the job for him. There was no cause for this. And lastly my order was partially correct upon checking! He was in such a rush to be rude and got that incorrect as well. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

After pretending to be closed (I came at 9:30pm) and waiting in an empty drive-thru for 5 minutes, the 60 year old man taking my order was being extremely rude off the jump and wouldn’t let me finish talking while trying to place my order as he kept saying “I can’t read”, and “I don’t understand you” After I noticed the employees speaking Spanish, I tried being kind by speaking back in Spanish to make it easier for them but instead the man ignored me and kept talking in his broken English. It was very clear that these people didn’t want to work and desperately wanted me to leave empty handed. Sad people working here unfortunately, the owner should check up on the manager and his employees.

The food was good, fresh, and hot. I think most of their business is drive-thru. We dined inside, and for some reason, one of the doors was locked; there wasn’t any signage indicating that the door was locked or why. We walked around to the other side of the building, inconvenient, but not the end of the world. Just about every table inside was dirty. I really got the impression they are short-handed, unfortunately.

Horrible service.. we waited 15 mins on an empty drive thru. Then they told us they were not doing drive thru orders and then got told to come inside. We went inside.. again.. empty and there was 5 employees not doing anything and I was told my order could take 20 mins.. This Wendy’s is so poorly managed (if there’s any management at all) and a disappointment to the area. Do better service or leave so we can get a McDonalds instead.

The guy insisted charging me extra @7.80 for the $5 bag. Then I was served 3 nuggets out of 4. Lol I thought it was hilarious the extents these people went through for a $ 1.30 and saving 1 nugget. I’ll stick to taco stands. At least I know it real meat.

The Food was cold. They gave us burnt fries and we we were missing some of our order. When we realized how bad our order was messed we called to complain and they didn’t answer the phone.
