Worst Wendy’s experience ever all week long. I’ve been here 3 days this week wanting to try the strawberry frosty. Each time I went in and was quickly yelled at that they are short staffed and won’t take my order, only the drive through is open. So I tried going through the drive through where I was yelled at some more about being over worked…like really, I only saw 2 customers bedsides my self. At one point I got to the window and was told their system was down and they weren’t taking orders there only inside, the owner of this one needs some competent workers.

Well, that was a waste of money. I’ve never been to this location but ordered ahead in the app. After walking in this place, observing two employees not wearing gloves, seeing the utter amounts of trash around the place, and smelling the burning grease, I just couldn’t. I couldn’t stay, and I could not eat that food. I stayed long enough for pictures so hopefully none of you waste your time here.

I can’t rate the food because I was refused service. I walked in to the dining room with my hungry and tired family after a road trip and was told that only the drive through was open because of being “short staffed”. There was no one else in the dining room and no one in drive through, so they weren’t too busy to take my order and let me eat. I told the employee that I’ll just drive through then and bring my food back inside to eat, but decided to just take my money to Arby’s across the street instead. To the owner of this franchise – you may want to hire staff that will actually make some money for you.

Can’t rate the food because I was told I couldn’t order combos because the buttons were broken on the drive thru register and if I wanted to order I’d have to come in. When I asked if they could just ring it up on the other register they said it couldn’t be done unless I came inside. I guess it was too much work to walk to the other register to take an order.
