Had a great experience at this location. Usually don’t stop by for fast food, but they had some delicious options for breakfast. Order was made ready fast. Clean facility and clean bathrooms. The only thing is they messed up my order a bit but I didn’t bother asking them to fix it, although I’m sure there wouldn’t be a problem with that.

I came here today because I wanted fries and a strawberry frosty. I do this often and I have noticed they have new staff. I came with a coworker and she wanted a small chocolate frosty and I asked for medium strawberry frosty. I get to the pick up window and they had the order backwards. My small strawberry frosty had chocolate residue and was a small. I politely told the lady that I ordered the medium size. The lady in drive thru had a mean glare like I did something wrong when they messed the order up. She closed the window as I was talking. She opened it up and said the girl said you ordered it this way. I said the girl is mistaken. Instead of making a medium strawberry frosty, they made another small one and handed it to me. They semi fixed the issue but I didn’t want two cups. The proper way would have been for me to give them back the item that was incorrect ( they could throw it away or tell me to and create the correct one. I started my employment in the fast food business so I understand it gets hectic, but I was being nice and receiving mean attitudes.

“I never leave reviews!” Today my nerve was pinched!. The window clerk gave my order away to the car in front of me. I showed her the receipt and she confirmed that she gave the order away to someone else. Instead of offering to remake my order she told me there’s nothing she can do. Her statement left me at a lost. I asked her did she ask the guy in front of me for his receipt to make sure he had received the right order. She knotted no and stated that the guy in front of me verbally stated that he had a mobile order. After showing her my receipt and confirming that I had already paid she told .e I couldbt cancel a mobile order and that there’s nothing that she could do. She looked at me with the look as if I was the one in the wrong. They didn’t offer to remake my order or give me a refund. I drove away with nothing. Very disappointed with the customer service as well as the 20 minute wait just not to have my food

Literally waited 40min in the drive through because they were only accepting mobile orders. I placed my order and pulled up to the first window, I asked for my order and she just told me that they couldn’t give it to me because they had everything mixed up and they didn’t know who’s was who’s. Once I finally made it to the next window, all the employees were just chilling, standing around doing nothing. I had payed and placed my order 30mins before hand and all they told me was that they couldn’t find my order and asked me to move out of the way, that they will walk it out to me, the guy just smirked, almost laughing in my face while he was telling me this. Never coming back and ordering at this place ever again.

Warning! My wife went yesterday to get a cup of water, and they tried to charge her $2.69 for it and she didn’t have her wallet with her, just a little change in the cup holders. This is Texas, it was over 85 degrees and our kids were over heated due to our car A/C being out. Went next door to Jack in the box and they gave a large water for FREE without her even mentioning anything! I understand paying maybe $50 for the cup but $2.69 is ridiculous. Good thing the food is trash, because we won’t be missing anything while we never return to a Wendy’s again.

It says it’s open until 1:30am. Waited for 15 minutes, no answer. Went yo 7eleven o put gas on my car and came back. They have people waiting after the pickup window (which in restaurants you cannot do it after 10pm). Finally at 12:22am someone answered the speaker and said that they were closed. I get it if it was 1:27am okay it’s kinda acceptable for you to say that it’s closed, but an hour before closing time is COMPLETELY unacceptable.

Slow… the soda machine had the basic. Even asked if they had sweet tea… or the flavors of minute maid… HARD NO. FLOOR was slippery. I spent $25 there… I got the chicken with special bun combo, a large chilli… had to extra for chopped onions and tomatoes. Another burger … for my guest … Wendy’s is going down hill….. at this point… I’m thinking they best at a breakfast….they my go to spot in the morning at the airports

we were here for a doordash order and the staff was so rude. the line was long and the lobby was closed. the only reason it’s getting two stars is because when we finally made it to the window we were finally greeted with a little bit of human decency by a nice guy. never ate here and never will. hope they can get better staff like the nice guy instead of rude people like the lady who brushed us off as soon as we got to the window when we told her we were there for a doordash and pulled out my phone to show here the order and she goes “ we don’t even have apple pay” and closed the window.
