Spent over 60$ on order. First off was put on hold halfway through the order in drive thru for about 15-20 minutes. They made me aware that their was no potatoes. Once I paid they told me they didn’t have any sprite. Waited another 15 minutes for my order. Once I got the drinks, she said thank you. I said you didn’t give me all my drinks, I’m missing one. She then took another 3-4 minutes to give me my drink. She then gave me my food and I was missing a burger. I didn’t even get to finish telling her which burger it was and she shut the window in my face. She then came back 3-4 minutes and I said sorry but you didn’t even let me tell you which one I’m missing. I said I was missing a chicken sandwich and she said well we made a cheeseburger. I said well that’s not what we are missing. She rolled her eyes and shut the window. Once I checked burger I noticed they didn’t even add the bacon I had paid and asked for. In all, horrible service and horrible food! That Wendy’s is a complete mess. Picture taken of last burger received.

So I went thru drive thru while on a work call. I orders spicy chicken sandwich meal. I began eating it while on the call a third of the way thru the call I realized it tasted a little different I looked down to a raw chicken sandwich…..I took it in and they looked at me strange and made me another sandwich I’m not sure I will eat it at this point.

ZERO STARS – VISIT 8.11.23 – DO NOT ABSOLUTELY NOT EAT AT THIS NASTY WENDY’S. I’m calling corporate and the health department. I have no idea how this Wendy’s is still standing!!! Never had such a terrible experience with a Wendy’s! Cooking in old grease, food old and taste terrible (Meadow type or chemical taste) over salted the fries to hide the stale taste. So many issues from Cleanliness, sanitary practices, hygiene of staff, and fails restaurant required practice greatly. I’m amazed! Last time we attempted this Wendy’s my husband sandwich was freezing cold. I went in for a refund and I was baffled – the front door and entry way were nasty as hell, every single employee had dirty hair hanging everywhere, no gloves, the food stations were nasty, the counter looked like someone wiped it with a dirty wet rag…Like this was such a sick situation and representation of “Wendy’s”!!! Somebody’s going to get really sick eating at this place! I hardly ever eat fast food and this is one of the reasons!!!

This is a terrible Wendy’s. Every time we have gone, the soda machines are not working, there is never ketchup in the pump containers and orders are always wrong. Today we went and I asked to speak with the manager because there was no ketchup in the pumps, and there was no ketchup in the restaurant AT ALL. We had 8 people and none of us were able to have coke products and nobody got ketchup. The soda machines were out of all lemonades and coke products. I was given a coke zero from the back that was flat and I was told that was the last one and they were out of all coke products. When I told that manager that I was not happy, she told me that she was the GM and that I didn’t have a reason to complain. She said that condiments and drinks are not important and such a small reason to complain. WOW. What a joke.

Went through the drive-thru twice late night and both times were terrible service! At 11:30 pm no one answered at the monitor. The first time I waited a few minutes then pulled up to the window and hear music blasting and someone sitting in the window on their phone and didn’t even notice I was at the window. Then they acted like it was a problem for me to order even though they didn’t close until 12:30 am. Please hire better employees!

This Wendy’s is very clean and the food is always good. The people working there are friendly but they run around like deer in the headlights at lunch time because this Wendy’s is always understaffed. They always have ONE person running the inside like and 2 at the drive thru. The drive thru moves fine because one person takes the orders while the other fulfills them. The inside takes up to a half hour to get food because that one person takes all the orders of the line that is backed up to the door and then starts fulfilment after all those have been taken. The line starts queuing up again while they try to frantically get together all those orders. If they had another helper doing fulfilment inside just like the drive thru line, this place would be a well oiled machine. We eat here every Sunday after church and always order ahead in the app in hopes our food will be ready when we get there. We’ve seen lots of people come in and either walk right out because they know it moves slow, or they wait 15 mins and then leave. This is only at lunch time though, I can’t speak to how it goes during non peak times.

This wendys ALWAYS takes forever to get ur order out, you will most likely wait 10 mins or more for just a burger and fries and then u get fries that aren’t even hot.!! And they can NEVER seem to get my burger right, and all I want on it it Mustard, Mayo, Ketchup. That’s it, and it’s always missing one or the other.!! Really sad cause I love Wendy’s and it’s really frustrating when u tell them as plan as day what u want and it takes forever and then it’s not right. Yall need to get some better management in this place cause someone don’t know how to run this store.!!

Worst Wendy’s on the face of the planet. The service sucks. The management sucks and the workers also suck. They must be getting ready to close down. No coke products, frosty machine broke, most of the time out of something you want to order. Do not go here
