I just got home from this Wendys and the service was not great. First of all I’ll start off with saying I found a bug in my sprite ???? ITS A CLEAR CUP, I know the manager at the window saw something in there but because he has to do his job on a Saturday night he don’t care. Also when I got there at 12:30 they informed they only had chicken because they cleaned the grill already. If I could give zero stars I would. Now I’m having to make sure the rest of my order doesn’t have bugs.

I just went through the drive-through. My order is completely wrong. We got a five dollar biggie bag with no hamburger no sauce for the nuggets. The people that were working were completely inapt didn’t give me a receipt I don’t think I’ll ever be going back.

I called to ask the manager a question since my delivery order wasn’t delivered to me and she didn’t know how to handle the situation and hung up on me. I called back and the same guy answered and refused to let me speak to her. Said can’t help you and hung up the phone. He claimed to be the shift mansger. Seriously??

Their Food has gone down hill. Bacon is never crispy anymore its undercooked and the burger was greasie. This is not the first time. We waited a month to go back hoping last time was a fluke. Nope it was so gross. The price has went way up and the quality way down. So sad. Not going back.

Wendy’s is Wendy’s its always good, today I found something that excited me and I’ll be the first to say it was complete let down… would have rather ate it with straight ketchup.
