I have been to this location many times but almost every time I leave with something messed up. Incorrect items on sandwiches, missing food, wrong drinks and being pulled forward even if I am the only one in the drive thru (Which they only do to make their drive thru times look better than they actually are) are the usual issues I run into. I really want to like eating here but it is almost a guarantee that I have to reenter the building to get something fixed on my orders and the menu items are so expensive now.

Went through drive-through for frosty. When pulled up to window, a girl with funky reddish died hair, several rings on face/mouth, and had fingernails in her mouth messing with teeth. Every finger had different nail polish on it and appeared to have fake nails on. She gave me my frosty, I drove to trashcan and threw it away. She didn’t wash her hands after having her nails in her mouth. Let alone, it made me want to puke. If you are going to hire people that look like this, then don’t put them at a window or giving food out. Let alone, she just looked dumbfounded when I started talking to her. And they need more training on food handling and preparation. I tried calling the store to talk to the manager, but had to leave a vm. The Health Department will be notified on Monday.

I’ve never had a fast food burger be more disgusting. I ordered the double bacon bourbon burger, spicy nuggets and chili cheese fries. I am giving two stars because the chili cheese fries were great, as close as you can get to Wienerschnitzel out here. The spicy nuggets were good and paired well with the ghost pepper ranch, but let me tell you about this burger. It tasted like they took the Pattie’s and let them sit in day old tap water. They either gave me rotten beef or genuinely threw these burgers into a sink of dirty tap water before grilling them. I’ve never spit out a burger before, I even deconstructed it to see where the flavor was coming from. The top bun that had the bourbon sauce and onion straws was delicious, and then I take another bite of burger patty by itself and spit it out again. I genuinely don’t think I can ever eat Wendy’s again after this, I can’t get the beef flavor out of my mouth.

Took my son here for lunch we went inside. I ordered the food sat down and was waiting for my food to be done. Well a group of people came in and they got their order taken and sat down. 10 mins go by and I’m still waiting for my food. Then they start delivering their food out and I’m getting confused on where my food was since I was there first and it is called a fast food restaurant. Lol so I go up there and no one was helping me. The lady then realized I hadn’t got my food yet so she starts to hurry and make it and then tries to give it to me and I said no I want my money back and I’m going else where. She said well I can’t do that, I’ll have to call my manager (Mind you she is wearing a manager shirt. Lol also looks like a crack head licking her mouth and smacking it several several times, GROSS) anyways she walks to the back and then comes back in less than a min and opens the drawer and gives me my money back. Lol what a waste of my time. Do better Wendy’s.
