This is the worst Wendy’s in the city of Little Rock, AR. Don’t ever go here, for real. I have given this place multiple chances and every time I am disappointed. I went there last year and wait in line for 3 hours while all of the employees gathered in the common area and told each other not to look at or serve the customers. Just now today I went and tried to get a large fry and chocolate frostie. The lady told me in a rude tone that it was closed two times. But here is the kicker they didn’t close until 11pm. So if you want to actually get service whatever you do don’t go here.

Who ever the worker is that’s there at 630 am has one of the nastiest attitude’s ever…..look ik it’s early…but u chose your job…..if you don’t like it find sumptn else…..it’s ridiculous how customers get treated and we’re spending our money….leave your problems at home please….. corporate you all needs to talk with her…. Drive thru was slow! The girl working the drive thru window has no sense of urgency at all. The customer service was subpar and it shows that the leadership there knows nothing about providing good customer service. Didn’t even bother to apologize for the long wait….just gave me my good, said “Here you go”, and sent me on my way! Absolutely poor service all the way around.

We ordered a cheese baked potato with chives, and a “Dave’s triple” the potato was good, the triple burger was wonderful! The meat was fresh and juicy. The tomatoes were fresh and flavorful, the lettuce and red onion as well! Above all the person working the window and taking orders was great, her voice was clear, easy to understand, and quite cheerful! She was kind and seemed quite happy. Thank you to the whole team at the East Broadway, North Little Rock, AR. location!

Stopped in on my way to work today. The drive thru was very packed. (About 7 cars ahead of me) But I had 45 minutes so I swung in to try the new and improved fries. I sat in line about 35 minutes but I understand the employee shortage is real. I make my order and get to the window. They hand me my bag and luckily I check as I’m pulling away. NO FRIES! I didn’t have time to wait in line again as it was back up once again. I pull into a spot and attempt to go into the lobby. The doors are locked!!! There are customers in there so I’m confused. I knock and just get ignored. A customer comes out with their order and I attempt to go in but the instruct me they can’t let me in because the lobby is closed!! I knock and knock but the employees just look at me ans ignore me. FINALLY after about 5 minutes of standing there, someone comes to the door and I tell them my issue. They retured with the fries but that it. No explanation or apology at all. It’s terrible how awful the standards have become these days. Stay away from this place.

When I say that this is now the slowest Wendy’s in Arkansas. Then they had the nerves to start selling breakfast it must be good because the line stay wrapped around the building. I ddnt even ho here no more, I was just picking up a order for grub hub. Don’t even think about going inside because the lobby closed.
