This location has dropped the ball in service over the past few months. They used to be great. The wait time is WAY too long now. I was the only car in drive-through, and it took 10 minutes to get a biscuit and gravy. I even had to wait to place my order. And forget lunch or dinner…..WAY too long.

The food is the same as always. Honestly, it was the customer service that left something to be desired. They didn’t seem to care that I was there ready to order. And when I finally got to place the order, they seemed about as happy about it as if I had squirted lemon juice on a wound. Don’t get me wrong, I know that working fast food is rough. I don’t expect joy and exuberance for every order. Seeming upset about it, on the other hand, is definitely going to far the other direction.

First of all, this was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I’ve ever stepped in. The crew on this particular night looked mostly comprised of students so I was particularly pleased and surprised with the level of service that I received. They were very busy at the drive-thru so I went inside, but when I came back out they had totally taken care of everyone in the Drive-Thru as well as myself in a timely manner. Not a lot of talking going on just hard work. Great crew and I appreciate the service I was given.

Restroom average. Service was exceptional!!! Food was good, as ordered and reasonably priced. I would go back because the young man at the counter made everyone that came in feel special. I enjoyed witnessing how people reacted to his positivity.

What can I say, but these folks get pretty busy, and still manage to get everyone taken care of. Good Wendy’s fare served right up with a smile. Tiny parking area, which they can’t do much about, just be patient squeezing your truck in.

Ok so I know y’all were busy busy at lunch today but only the drive thru was open. My thing is that I can understand a small mistake but the large scale mess up is more than likely unprecedented. We had 5 orders in our vehicle but due to the line being so long today we thought it was best to just go on about our business not to hold up y’all’s business. Unfortunately we should have checked our order right then and there. Our politeness ended up costing us a well deserved lunch and has insured the fact that we will never pick this one particular restaurant for lunch ever again. The only thing I got was my strawberry Frosty that should have been chocolate and strawberry. Like I said I can understand mistakes but nothing like this 5 today.
