I came here yesterday & the young lady was nice in the drive thru. But I would’ve liked to know before getting my drink that they didn’t have tops, I’m sure she was too embarrassed to tell me and I’m sure she doesn’t do the ordering for this store. But if she would’ve told me I probably wouldn’t have ordered the meal I could’ve just gotten my sandwich and saved myself the extra wash of my cup holder area that of course ended up full of drink that spilled out as soon as I went down the exit to leave smh and the disappointment of the really old and nasty fries I got. When I pulled up no1 was there, so when she told me to pull back behind the pole to wait I’m thinking of course they are making everything fresh. Of course not though, they obviously redropped the fries that were already cooked. Or just gave me what was under the heat lamp, but they were so brown I don’t think the grease has been changed since 2020. Looked like wheat fries. Anyways… I rarely ever get fast food, but every 3 to 6 months when I do try, I remember why I don’t. At this point they mine as well just get rid of fast food all together if they not going to figure a solution out. My last try was also at a Wendy’s, the Lapalco store and that was also horrible. I was over charged, she refused to give me a receipt, after a long drawn out issue with 3 different workers coming to try and check me out, i leave and get home to realize i didn’t even get my right order, was given something worth even less than what i paid for. Just all bad! Also I forgot to take a picture of the fries since I thru them straight into the garbage.

They serving bad food. The frosty mix was sitting on the counter melting with no lid on top of it. All the food be cold because they cook a lot of food at one time & let it sit. The lights are off in the cooking area except the heating lamps. They refuse to give refunds & let u order items that they don’t have. Once u pay they would let u know it’s not available. No refund u have to pick something else. Wendy’s was always hot & fresh food now it’s old & nasty. They’re worst than McDonalds!!!

Horrible food, came in last Friday and almost left after using the drive thru and never getting a reply, but they finally said something “We can only accept cash payments”. Placed order and turned the corner and a car is sitting between the two windows, it was for sure odd. Found out why once we pulled forward, after handing them the money they asked me to back up. We sit for a bit, she waves me forward and asks me what I had ordered. Pretty sure they never rang the order up and just pocketed the cash. Finally got the food, fries garbage and the spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t much better. They should lose their franchise status

I often go here because its close to where i live but most of the wendys do not have strawberry frosty only chocolate. Ive watch the tv and yall are still making commercials but never have strawberry frosty. Could you plz explain to me why???? And also i encountered a young lady at the window that was evidentally having a bad day. But anyways was placing my order and she just went off and told me to have a nice day and refused to take my order. So i pulled up to drive thru window proceeding to tell the woman whom i thought was the manager asking her why she was so rude and she was just refusing to serve me. So i refuse to get out of line. The manager pulled up and i was explaining to her what had just happened and she gave us our meals free but i have never spoken to anyone so rude and obnoxious!!!

Worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. When I went inside the place smelled burnt, smoke everywhere, my chicken nuggets when received were burnt, fries burnt, also they never have any sauces, including ketchup. The place itself looks depressing.

Bro shut this place down IMMEDIATLY!!! Service is horrible and they literally aren’t open half the time. They don’t open till NOON and they lock the lobby at like 5pm then don’t answer the drive thru speaker!! Just let you sit there and say nothing or go outside and smoke a cigarette while you try to get food. This place is the MOST TERRIBLE DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE FAST FOOD place I’ve EVER been in! And it’s been that way for LITERAL YEARS NOW. Shut the entire franchise down! Wendys is dead!!!
