For the second time during what should be busy hours, the store is closed. Yet again, a single employee is skulking inside. This place needs to put a cone in the drivethru, a sign on the door, and indicate that they are randomly closed despite the app saying they are open. They look closed when they are open based on the lights, so it is easy to waste time wondering what they are doing.

It doesn’t matter what time or day you come here, the staff are incredibly rude. They don’t seem to know what customer service is. They have never said hi or thank you or even have a nice day. They always hand you the bag without saying a word and walk away. This time in the drive through I had to call them back to the window because they didn’t give me a straw or my receipt. When they did get me a receipt it wasn’t even for my order. I wouldn’t go here if I didn’t work next door.

You list carryout as open then take my money but close the inside and won’t answer the phone to give me a refund. This has happened multiple times. If your on a lunch break avoid this Wendy’s. I’ve gotten emails saying they will contact me soon. The food after waiting 30 mins in the drive thru was cold and nasty. So contact me asap because this is a recurring problem here and it’s ridiculous

Ordered online when I had only a 30 min lunch and the order took FOREVER! So after waiting for over 10mins after having already waiting 10mins after placing the order I requested a refund. First the lady at the counter didn’t understand me. . . She thought I wanted a refill. After explaining I was asking for a REFUND since it was taking ridiculously long she was very dismissive and rude. She said, “you order online we don’t do that here. Request online refund!” While waving her hands around. So I ultimately ended up wasting my full 30 min lunch waiting and I’ll now be returning to work late since online doesn’t give an option for a refund. Don’t come here. They don’t understand simple requests and are slow.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was having trouble with the app and asked for help from the “manager” Eli is what she said her name was, instead of helping me she came to look at what was going on with my app and I thought would try and help me but instead said “sorry I don’t have anything to do with the app and don’t have time to help you” and walked away when I was mid sentence. Then I was asked to pull forward bc there were people behind me, mind you my order had been placed for 10 minutes already and was simply two $6 meals, and then someone said no it was ready. Then I had to ask for my drinks, when I asked which drinks was which I was told “ooh I’m not sure could you like smell them?” ….. then the young girl that was working the window primarily says to the manager “can you tell her to get out of here already” I’m a manager of a restaurant and have been in food for 11 years and honestly the way the staff handled this entire situation was JAW DROPPING. I love Wendy’s and the closest one to me besides this one is 20 minutes away and honestly probably won’t be back to the company at all unless it’s convenient where I am at. I’m a huge fan of the food if I have to hit a drive through this is it for me and this was just absolutely ridiculous. Adding this now that I’ve eaten my food, also the most terrible Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Fries were so old I couldn’t even bite into them, my cheese was not melted on my sandwich. My nuggets were fine I guess but the rest was not edible.
