This was the best. The people there today June 20th were so nice! They were amazing and with a nice proper smile and greeting. The Wendy’s close by target and Panda Express was not so amazing . Regularly when we come by to have a meal, the lobby is closed. No notice, no indication without parking and walking up to the door just to be disappointed to find that we’ll be Frosty free. We were so excited to get a new dining option in our area but are consistently let down by this one. Do better, please!

I absolutely love this new Wendy’s, but the only thing that I would change and ask that the restaurant really takes this into consideration is that they stay open until at least Midnight every night or the majority of the nights in the week. I am pretty sure that I am not the only one that would love this and benefit from them staying open later. McDonald’s is like the only fast food restaurant that is open after 10:00 PM.

I held off criticizing this newly opened Wendy’s, but with the late openings, closed lobby, human errors on orders, and running out of some items, today really signed the deal. 7:45am: Their delivery driver was met with only the maintenance man there. No other employees to open the restaurant. 8:00am: 2 employees arrived but no management, so no drivethru. Dozens of would-be customers have circled the drivethru and left empty handed. This place is closed. I suspect their deliveries will end soon and the doors shuttered. New management and/or ownership, while warranted, will probably not be enough to save this train wreck. Employees will assuredly find steady work elsewhere and this place will become an empty new building. Poor management in full display. Sad.

We preordered breakfast on the app at 6:45. We get there to pick it up at 7, they open at 6:30 mind you. We then circled the building for 30 minutes seeing a lady in there standing and still ignoring us. We tried to go up to the window several times and still nothing. After trying to go inside(doors locked) and waiting in the drive thru for that long we ended up canceling our order and going to McDonald’s.

i’ve gone to this wendys location multiple times and can definitely say i won’t be going back. the staff is so rude for absolutely no reason no matter how friendly you are to them. i asked for extra barbecue sauce and the person at the front window scoffed at me and threw ranch into the bag… i didn’t even get barbecue sauce.

I would think that with the current shape of the economy and the fact that gas is almost $4.00 a gallon. Not everyone wants to use a drive thru. There are large vehicles such as moving trucks, construction vehicles, Tractor trailers, buses, large gardening trucks towing things on it back, and bikes. It also people with no form of transportation at all. So open your freaking lobby seriously. If you don’t want people “eating in” great, simply put a sign out that says “dine in area closed”. But you at least need to have it open for togo orders! It is a form of discrimination. Let me leave you an example. You are discriminating against people without vehicles, you are discriminating against people with larger vehicles. You also have older people that struggle to see the drive thru menu, especially in the rain. What about the blind and the deaf? I guess they should just walk through the drive thru and risk being hit by car?? If everyone can’t be accommodated it’s a form discrimination please get it together!

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I have had multiple problems at this location. Locked doors during business hours, incorrect orders, cold food, rude staff, and unresponsive management. It all adds up to a truly poor experience, especially when there are other fast food options nearby.
