I have come to this Wendy’s 2 separate times and each time I got a surprise in my drink. The first time there was a dead fly and the second there was a black piece of hair. This store is not clean what so ever. I highly recommend you choose a different place to eat. If I could do 0 stars I would. Disgusting.

Manager Juan is beyond rude and it’s no wonder everytime I show up to order and the lobby is closed with the way he talks to employees barking orders at them rudely answering questions that they ask. He continued this behavior while we stood inside and waited for our order. A simple question of we are waiting for a single item and it turned into him going on a tangent about first come first served and continued belittling of employees. Legit not surprised this location closes at random times and the lobby isn’t open. It’s a shame I get it’s fast food but man wendys you can do better than what you got going on here.

You’ll probably get sick eating here. Why? Because they make their employees come to work sick. Yep. You heard it here first. I’ve seen multiple people at this location visibly sick at the same time but still preparing my food. It was horrifying. Please don’t eat here. It’s obvious their health practices are disappointing and illegal. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Service was pretty slow for the time of day. The fries weren’t hot or crispy, and both of our burgers were cold as well. It was a drive-thru order while on our way to Kansas City, so we didn’t have time to turn around.

When we first walked in and looked for a table many were dirty. So after do a quick wipe of one we went to order. The drawer was broken and first we were told they couldn’t take orders but then said card only. While trying to order the cashier kept interrupting us to call names and talk to people. After taking longer to order then it should have we went to get drinks only to discover that fountain machine was empty. The last problem was we kept asking for ranch the lady at the register kept giving us bbq sauce. It was just so frustrating. Oh and if you have Wendy’s rewards they don’t know how to use but are able to take away points without giving you any of the rewards.

My mother absolutely loves the mashed potatoes and gravy. She is limited to what she can eat and she hold the potatoes down great. This last time I got her 2lg potatoes and 2lg gravy. They charged about $6.00 x4 for the food. To my surprise I noticed the gravy was not even filled to 1/2 of the cup. I did call the manager the next day(it’s a 35 min drive so i didn’t go back that night), and they did correct the problem and made it right. However, That is an outrageous amount to pay for what I got. I my self don’t care for expensive Popeyes but my mother loves them and will pay the money. Just don’t give less when you charge so much.

So I went into the Wendy’s on 23rd St. for lunch and not only were the tables really dirty but the service was very lacking in quality. First the cashier breaks the drawer on the register making it so that they can only accept card payments and then she nor the manager knew how to accept any deals or rewards off of the app. When I went to place my order the cashier kept talking to one of her coworkers which resulted in me having to repeat my order several times and last the damn Dr. Pepper machine ran out of Dr. Pepper. I will never go into this location again. Next time I will either go through the drive thru or go to a different location.
