This location is set to open its doors to the general public on april 12th 2023. The location has been rebuilt from the former Jack in the Box that was located onsite before closing its doors last year due to a lack of staff. This location will feature Dine-in as well as drive-through access and has been remodeled.

I have been coming here since it recently opened. Having a Wendy’s so close to home is much better than the Jbox that was here before. I haven’t had much beyond breakfast as that’s when I’m usually coming through. The breakfast Baconator is HANDS DOWN the best fast food breakfast sandwich EVER.

Owner/manager outside picking up trash, burger was perfect, toppings centered, everything clean and it just felt friendly. If you ever wanted to go back in time when fast food first started and people still cared then come here. I will update if the place changes in the future.

What a quick tailspin! This place started well, with a few learning hiccups. It’s quickly degraded into a place that produces subpar food with questionable ingredients. The staff is harangued by pushy, loud, and abusive management in front of customers. No one seems to want to be there, especially the customers at this point. Bad leadership, bad food, unhappy employees, and it all equals a horrible experience. This was better as a shuttered Jack In The Box. At least a closed business can’t disappoint. It’s a shame, because Oakville needed the variety and competition. Unfortunately this place has managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory and will likely wither and die as the community discovers how it conducts itself. Drive-thru town to another choice.

Went to order lunch after school and the whole process was smooth and fast. Unfortunately, the drink they call Coke was nasty! Not sure what has happened there but it was neither sprinkling water nor coke..never tasted anything more disgusting in my life…I was too far away to go back, but will never visit that place again.

My experience was horrible service. It’s okay to make a mistake. I asked for my chicken Sandwich to be plain. I had to drive back through the drive thru to get it fixed, I can hear the manager being rude. So I came into the store to get his name and he was being rude to employees too. Hes just a bad person, all the way around. The company needs to really fix Jordan’s attitude. Being rude to customers and his team.

Clean, friendly and fast! The place has been slammed for 2 days but I was looking forward to visiting so I just waited for a few minutes and was surprised how quickly things were moving. Brought back good memories of “real” fast food burgers!

Every time I visit this Wendy’s I deal with either, one or two awful ladies who don’t know how to speak to employees nor customers, missing items from my order, extended wait times, and hair in my food.
