Yikes, I wish I would have read reviews before ordering through the app as we were driving through. They never saw my online order so I waited with my two very young, restless, and hungry kids until they finally made our meal after I inquired how much longer it would be for my mobile order. While standing there, never once did an employee ask if I needed something or what I was waiting for- she just looked at me. It should have been a five minute stop since I pre-ordered 10 minutes in advance, but instead we were there 30 MINUTES. It was not busy at all. It really set back our drive time on our trip. There was NO apology from the staff for the delay and wait. My food was barely warm when we got it and the fries were mushy. It was incredibly disappointing as we always have a good experience at Wendy’s back home. I do not recommend this Wendy’s at all if this is the typical experience!

Another day, another dollar. C
Surprisingly bad. I usually like Wendy’s but this one was out of the ordinary for sure. Drive through was a normal pace but the food tasted and felt like it was somehow warmed up in a soggy microwave. Soda was like hotel water with a splash of dr. Pepper syrup on top. Definitely odd for a Wendy’s to be this bad.

Stopped in today, doors were locked ( drive threw was open) took 20 minutes to get through the line. Got our food and there was no fork in the bag. Had to go to the drive threw window for a fork.

We went through the drive through, ordered our food and for ketchup and napkins.when we got the order, I asked if everything was in the bag thay said we’re out of Ketchup. We left and started to get out the food 1-COLD AS A BONE 2-NO NAPKINS 3-ORDER WAS WRONG. Sorry Wendys not planning on a return visit.

Just don’t go here. The place used to be great but all the workers are unfriendly and don’t know how to make the food or talk to people. You will be in line at least 20 minutes on a good day.

I ordered and picked up at drive thru. I ordered a frosty which I haven’t had in years. They didnt provide a spoon but fortunately I happened to have one in my car. I opened the lid and the frosty was liquid. Not even the consistency of a milkshake. Very disappointing! Wondering why they would serve this to customers if the machine was not working properly? I didn’t go back because I was passing through town and was back on the interstate.

Very underwhelming. We were the only people at the restaurant and it took about 15 minutes to get two sandwiches and some French fries. When we got our food, the fries seemed like they were soggy and warmed up, and the Dr. Pepper tasted as if it had hotel water mixed in with it. Was not expecting that from Wendy’s.

Was on bus trip traveling through. 41 people on the bus. We thought that the inside dinning was closed, since we didn’t see anyone inside and dimmy lite. It was found to be open, but only one cash register and the person behind it wasn’t well trained it seemed. Took awhile, but we were all able to get through eventually. I haven’t dinned at a Wendy’s in years and was anxious to try one of their advertised baked potatoes. When it was my turn to order and the order taken we were informed that they didn’t have any baked potatoes. Would have been nice to have been informed of that fact way in advance. I ordered chilli, kid size cheeseburger and a small vanilla Frosty. I was very pleasantly pleased at the low price for everything. The chilli was outstanding as was the very delicious Frosty. The cheeseburger was run of the mill, but no complaints. I didn’t hear any complaints from anyone else either with regard to the food. I plan on ordering one of the baked potatoes and some more delicious chilli at a later date. I did notice that the salads looked very large and scrumptious for the price they are sold for. Because of my experience this time around I will be dinning at Wendy’s more often and suggest others try them out.

Went to drive thru on the evening of 06/23 and was third car in line. After waiting for what seemed to be 10 to 15 minutes, It was finally my turn to place an order. When I pulled up with my family, just seconds after the car ahead of me placed an order, I was told the cash register was down and they could not serve me food. It felt like they just didn’t want to do their job and serve me since it was getting close to closing time.

The service was terrible they were rude and couldn’t even smile. Our food took like 30 minutes, when they brought it out there was a white, sticky slime like substance on the inside of the bag that got on my hand. We eat our food and it’s cold after waiting and while about 6 other people behind us got their food before us. The breakfast sandwiches were gross too.
