I really wish the owners of this Wendy’s would get it together before we no longer have a Wendy’s in Danville. I have waited 40 minutes for food w only 1 car ahead of me. Twice I have stopped there before 9 pm and they said sorry were closed. Today they were only taking cash and he riddled off a bunch of food they ran out of. I never carry cash. The service is extremely slow at times, closes early all the time, out of food items or card machine is down.

Zero stars-Wendy’s used to be one of the best places to eat. You can see how filthy the store is from the outside. They were out of literally everything. Apparently the manager is the only one capable of ordering stock. I’d say throw the whole store away. I hope corporate steps in SOON

I can’t say that I’ve purchased anything lately because every time I go by the Danville Illinois wendy’s, their shake machine is broke down. I want a chocolate frosty. I want a chocolate frosty but I have not had one in a long time because they either have all the other flavors or the machine is broke down. So what’s the point? I think it’s false advertising when the commercials have a chocolate frosty showing when there is never a chocolate frosty available! Pretty disappointed .

The service at this location is terrible. There seems to be no order in the kitchen and staff seems genuinely confused on what they are supposed to do. I ordered ahead online so that I could pick up quick, but 40 minutes of waiting prompted me to go inside. No one knew where my order was. After several minutes of searching the order was found. And of course it was wrong. Made it home and found that the apple slices in my daughters kids meal were moldy and starting to ferment. My family and I will not be going back to this location.

I love Wendy’s products, always have. The fries are great, burgers better than the warmer burgers at MD or BK. However, I rarely eat there anymore because the service is just terrible, damn I mean they just have no clue. I was talked into going by my daughter. We got there and they had a couple customers in the dining room and a few in the drive up. People in the dining room and drive thru where waiting on there food to come up. This was my first clue that nothing has changed. We ordered and were given cups to get our drinks. They put ice in the cups so I assume the ice maker on the machine in the lobby was broke. Both drinks we had no carbonation. The kid at the counter said it doesn’t work on some types of drinks. So we retrieved drinks from the drive thru. Unfortunately they were out of the drink I wanted. Food came up, they shorted me a fry, had to wait on that. Went to the table and wanted salt, none in the self serve so I had to wait at the counter. Went back to the table and they forgot the sauce for the nuggets, so back up to the counter I went. The fries and nuggets were cooked in old oil. My god, I wish someone would buy this place and make it as good as it once was. I miss eating Wendy’s!

How can you be out of a bunch of stuff during lunch hour on a Friday? No paper towels in bathroom, no ketchup in container up front, no cups up front register, out of drinks in dining room Coke machine. They asked me what I wanted with nuggets and I said Ranch and they forgot to give me some. I also heard they were out of Fish when someone else tried to order it. Q
