It is very frustrating to walk in and have to key your own order into the kiosk. Once the kitchen gets my order, they inform me they are out of part of my order. Had there been a cashier, I could have adjusted my order instead of having a substitute I did not really want. There were only two open booths, and the rest of the tables had their chairs on them still. It is 12:30 PM. The table that was open was sticky. I will not be back here.

07/23/2023 Just got the Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich. Halfway through the chicken breast, the meat became totally dried out, hard, discolored, and disgusting. I’m not sure if it is freezer burn or maybe it sat under the heat lamp too long. See photo. $13 for this sandwich, drink, and fry. I’m not sure what is going on with this Wendy’s, but it is consistently terrible.

I visit this location a few times a week. There are always some kind of issues most of the time. Sometimes they’re out of stock on some things. Their rewards system hasn’t worked for awhile now, when Ottawa’s seam’s to work fine. There’s been several times I’ve stopped by and their closed during regular hours of business with no notification!! Lately their chicken nuggets have been over cooked. Most the time they only wait on 1 customer at a time at the drive through. You get asked to wait at the speaker for quite awhile, when you finally order and pull around there’s no other cars ahead of you!! I’m never given a receipt, I always have to ask for one. There’s been a few times I’ve been shorted a few chicken nuggets. As far as the food quality the only complaint I have is the chicken nuggets are usually over cooked. The sandwiches and other things are very delicious .

Hey guys I know the world sucks right now but please please try to make a small effort to show I’m positivity in the workplace. Everyone seemed down and it was really depressing. The signs were falling down and the soda machine inside was broken. The bathroom sink area was covered in red, brown and black stains. No one was available to take orders where the proper order station was, I had to place my order at the pickup station with no menu. Improve your restaurant just a LITTLE bit.

Disappointing every time. They never seem to actually listen and when you call them out about it they act like you were wrong. I got the wrap and it has less than a 1/4 scoop of chicken on it, but the tortilla was hard on the edges.

This is the Streator IL. Wendys im refrencing. Foods was great, service is mediocar at best, no smiles, pre ordering with the app is a waste of time. Even if the establishment is empty; they never start your food until you arrive. Atmosphere is the equivalent of a tiny Bus station. Along with the dirty looks from staff, self sevice kiosks and nearly no seating, i don’t feel like I’m exaggerating when I call this establishment, “Bus Stop Shiek”, at best. Also ordered 2 large frostys on the app. Along with the two 3 stack meals, when I was receiving the first part of my order from the cashier, he tried handing me 2 small frostys. I corrected him and explained I ordered 2 large frostys but to my shock, he proceeded to lie to my face and tell me the two smalls are a large. I am not mistaken either because the next week I went to a wendys a town over and ordered the same order and recieved 2 large frostys.

I go to this location and to the drive through. I order 2 baked potatoes and they are out of them. I then order a chili and they are out. So I order 2 baconators and a small fry. I get a small fry with 8 frys. I went to the door and told them they only gave me 8 frys. They then gave me a large fry meanwhile the tough one with a man bun was mean mugging me which I find amusing. My baconator had maybe 2 pieces of bacon. The 2nd baconator was a chicken sandwich. I took the bun of and the lettuce was wilting. I NEVER ordered a chicken sandwich. I wish I could give them a zero.
