I am tired that they are always messed up my order. I always have to check my order. They always missed something. Can’t even read their own ticket. Drive thru always slow. Always have to count my nuggets. Baked potato is nasty, they being very cheap with the flavor and toppings. Burger decent as always. Nuggets are ok. $12 don’t get you nothing at fast food chain now really. I am just gonna stay away from this location.

I just left this Wendy’s. I paid at the first window with my debit card and the young man hands me my card and I ask for my receipt he tells me I’ll get it at the next window which made no sense to me . I get to the next window they give me my food and no receipt so I ask for my receipt. I than literally wait like five minutes for my receipt than they hand me a random receipt and I tell the young man working the window that’s not my receipt he than tells the manager and she gets an attitude because I want my receipt just unacceptable. DO BETTER PEOPLE!

The food was so horrible I threw it in the trash. Nuggets burnt; bacon burnt. Baconator was so dry it was not edible. The drive thru cashier, did not give me a receipt, as I would have done a customer survey. I spent $25.95 at this place. Customers should not let these establishments get away with giving us food, that is not edible. I enclosed a picture of me throwing the food in the trash. I asked for a six-piece spicy nugget, they gave me regular. (pic not posted). It was a waste of $25.95. PLEASE DO NOT patronize Wendys EVER! I will never spend money again, unless I am refunded my money. These companies make too much money off the customers for us to get this type of service, simple solution, no longer spend our money with them. The reason I probably didn’t get a receipt for the cash I spent, because someone is stealing. Without a receipt I possibly can’t get a refund.

Not the first time they’ve messed up our order. We ordered 2 big bacons and they gave me a regular bacon burger. They also charged me for the big bacon as you can see on the receipt so I’m not sure how they could’ve messed it up. 2 stars because food was good and fresh, just not what I asked for

Was suppose to be deluxe, only one onion and no lettuce tomato, treated us with anger too. Was mad when we asked for a straw for our drinks. Quite possibly the worst Wendy’s in the state. Went on march 18 at 5:10 pm 2023.

Just visited tonight and Clara was amazing! She was professional and kind to my 2 kids and just went out of her way to interact with us. She also had tons of patience while we figured out what we wanted to eat. Clara was great and I’d love to see her on our next visit!

Ice cold fries. Ice cold burger with cheese/bacon as cold as is it was just taken out of refrigerator and put on top. The wrapper was as cold as of the sandwich, which was made hours ago and placed in refrigerator until it was needed. Utter disrespect to customers paying for food. Manager response when I called, “Sorry this happened to your food.,” didn’t even offer a resolve to my problem and wasn’t even given a receipt. Never again will I go to Wendy’s. And they gave me diet coke instead of regular. Can’t drink diet it gives me migraines.

The worst service ever. I tried to order chili they said it wasn’t ready yet. I ordered 2 cheese potatoes with extra cheese and butter and sour cream. Then I ordered the new cob salad. I never got the butter and sour cream. The cob salad was the worst ever the eggs smelled like they were rotted the chicken was hard as a rock. The lettuce was wilted and the Tomatoes were old overripe and mushy. A real mess and not eatable. My dogs didn’t want it. Both my sister and myself got stomachaches and we vomited our meal. Now I remember why I stopped going there.

Got in drive thru. I was #5 in line. The line was so slow 3 cars in front of me left which moved me up. When it was my turn to order I had to give my order 4 times. Double cheese fries and rootbear. She still couldn’t get it. So just left. If they can’t take a basic order I’m not eating there.

I’m a Tow Truck Driver, which means we have to eat in the go. Most Wendy’s I’ve been too has been just okay. But here the place was clean, food was fresh and on point. Even the staff was well mannered and Courteous, which is unheard of. Hell you even see the manager doing work. Yea I’ll be back big facts keep up the good work yall
