I drove Florida to Illinois and as tired as I was just wanted something to eat! Let me tell you!! At 1 am (8/6/23) that team brought me life!! TOP NOTCH customer service!! I haven’t had service like that in forever!! It was the best welcoming back to town!! Thank you all!!

This was the worst service ever. Are usually don’t write bad reviews, because everyone is entitled to an off day. However, this was so bad I can’t help but let others know. In the drive-through it must’ve taken a minimum of 20 minutes. We were the fourth car in line. When we got to place our order we’re here can I help you and naturally I go ahead and start my order. I was immediately told to hold on. Which was I’m going to guess between four and six minutes. When I gave my order I had to do it numerous times. I requested a couple of extra bags because it was going to three different locations. When they packed up the order, they literally put one item in each bag. When I was trying to secure the bag, the lady in the window, who had her back turned to us the entire time we were waiting was like here holding the drinks. I said I’ve waited for you this long. You can give me a minute now, please. when I turned around and took the drink holder, I realized they had shorted us a drink. She open the window and went what at which point I let her know we were missing a drink. When she finally managed to hand it to me I asked her what it was, and I got all the snide remarks about well they’re all marked. So no, I would not recommend this place and the only thing I would recommend is that these employees actually be trained and be required to have some minimum degree of customer service skills.

Best food ever and its so fresh I ordered the sour cream chive potato and it came with no sour cream!! Literally hmmm scrumptious and just chives on a burnt potato actually no that potato was literally a chip because of how burnt it was! So dry and burnt delicious im glad at least they didn’t forget to give me two spoons to make up for the whole potato literally love them

We ordered online and we had to wait i n drive thru line per instructions and that took forever. When we got to pickup window the staff was doing everything but their jobs! 1 girl was eating chili, talking on her cell phone and occasionally taking orders from other customers in drive thru. There was just 1 kid actually doing his job alone getting food prepped and bagged whilst 3 other girls were talking and eating. I typically like Wendy’s but not worth the long wait . Especially when others could jump in and help out with getting the food to customers.

Land of the flies every summer. Outside of the every visit is hit or miss (when it’s not summer). It’s best to go through the drive through and check your order prior to driving anywhere.

This is how they gave me a large fry at the drive through. Check your bag if you asked for sauce I asked for 4 when I ordered and I had to stay until they noticed me still waiting so that I can ask for them again

Always long line at drive thru food is good. Service is lackluster, probably reason why drive thru is so popular. Dinning room is dingy, dusty. Decor is outdated seen others across the country this one is definitely due for an update. Kitchen seems to have year of grease and crime stuck to it.
