This unfortunately was one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. I hope I don’t get sick. The dining room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Floor was sticky, soda machine and bathrooms were disgusting. Soda machine was out of ice. Dining room chairs were also in rough shape. Considering how awesome the building is, and it’s great Nisswa location, it was truly a disappointment. The store manager should be fired.

I am not a fan of wendys much but after tonight I will not eat there again. Fries cold and stale my sandwich was supposed to be the Asiago ranch chicken sandwich (classic) and it was a spicy and old and dry! The cheese was hard and rubbery, bacon was stale and hard as a rock! The double baconator sandwich was NOT supposed to have ketchup and it did. Patties were dry and over cooked. The only reason I agreed was because it was my other half birthday and he loves the ghost pepper sauce. Waste of my money will never go there again. Worst food I ever had didn’t even eat it cause I couldnt!!

Trashy, out of stuff we ordered including ice in our drinks. Lobby closed at 11am on a weekday. Trash overflowing. Potholes the size of lakes. This place is just a money grab. Never ever again.

It is rare that I leave a negative review however, just waited 45 minutes in the drive through here. Three employees exited the building, 2 to take things to the trash with multiple cars in line. The food was barely warm, so I’m not sure what we were waiting for as it’s not like it was freshly made. Wanted to make sure the manager sees this. My pop was also very flat. Disappointed and will not be back.

I realize help is hard to find these days. So to those who came into work today, thank you. But if the dining area is closed there should be signs up saying, short staffed, dining room closed. Several elderly people got out of their cars, tried to enter in the heat. Walking away frustrated. I wish the bourbon burger was not discontinued. Was a great burger.

Just spent 30 minutes in line. Ordered a combo with a drink. Got to the window only to find out they had no ice for the drink, and the soda drink was warm and flat. Why the hell can’t they tell people when they order that there’s no ice??? On top of that, the fries were cold and tough. Second bad experience in as many visits.

Ordered 5 sandwiches I realize it’s not just 2 quick meals but not all were meals for multiple people, they told us to wait ahead and food will be out soon, 5 cars got there food 20 mins later and I’m still sitting out here waiting for my food it’s been busy before but it wasn’t even a big line of people, finally got my food 30 mins later if I wanted to wait 30 mins I would of went and ate in somewhere, they said it was a big order so it takes some time, they started working on it after 5 cars had gone through and we went and asked told them we had been waiting for 20 mins.

Stopped on the way up north for dinner here. Wanted to eat in the dining room. The door was locked at 7:00pm. The sign said the dining room was opened until 8. Thought maybe just that door was locked. Went to the other side. As I was walking up to the door someone who is smoking in a car yells to me. They say the dining room is closed. Because they only have 2 people working. Lost my business forever. Looks like I’m not the only one that had a bad experience. Think the owner should decide whether to keep this place open and keep ruining the Wendy’s reputation. Or call it quits.

lack of employees makes this place a bad bet for a decent burger. cold burger, cold fries, long wait in line with only a few cars. dont let the fancy exterior fool you, you can do much better than this place. lobby is closed, drive thru only. ick!
