Pulled up to the drive thru, 1 car in front of me to order. We both sat there for 10 minutes, could tell the guy in front of me was getting upset. He made a comment, they refused to take his order. I sat there for another 5 minutes before they took my order. Pulled around, there was a car sitting at the pickup window that clearly had been there that entire 15 minutes. It was 2:35 when I ordered and pulled around and decided if I was still sitting there at 2:45 I would leave… and that’s what ended up happening.

This is one of the worst Wendy’s. I usually attempt to go there in the evenings, like 6-8pm, and it’s just weird. There will be no one else there and I’ll have to wait for 5 minutes at the speaker for someone to acknowledge me. Then they will give me the wrong food. Like I ordered a chicken sandwich and they give me a cheeseburger. Last time I was there, there was a line of 3 cars in front of me. Every car ended up driving away, because they couldn’t get anyone to answer them. I drove off myself. They are usually well staffed and not busy when I go there, so I have no idea what the problem is.

I had $10 taken from my account by an employee here. He kept my card in the machine while getting the food, which I thought was odd, and he didn’t give me a receipt. He gave me my card last. And then when I checked my account later it was $10 higher than it should’ve been. I dont trust this Wendy’s after that. BUT! I must say that their fish burger is amazing!!! It was crispy and had nice,fresh lettuce and pickles and cheese and the right amount of sauce.

Ordered $35+ worth of food, drove home (less than a mile) food was so cold and old. Temp is over 75 the day we ordered, for the food to be cold seems impossible. Returned all the food and requested a refund or gift card to purchase food at another location as the employee was incredibly rude and refused. When asked for further explanation, he repeatedly ask if I speak English as he would not further assist me. Not to mention the drive through was not initially opened at 5pm on a Thursday and the dinning room was not open. Not sure why this location hasn’t closed yet. The store and it’s employees are ratchet af. Will never return and I do not recommend. Thankfully we were able to receive a refund after calling corporate, which they stated the store should have provided a refund….

Second time I’ve been there. Two weeks apart. The drive thru is broken, the speaker is shot and you can’t hear the other person. The service sucks due to the attitude. They don’t listen to what you order, even with my friend being with me the second time verifying that I did ask for what I thought I had ordered. I’m usually very understanding but I’m tired of bad service. The second time the server actually chased me and my friend out the door because I stood up for myself. I won’t be back and I don’t suggest anyone come back until they get better employees.

Great experience at Wendy’s last night! Micah and crew were on point! The new grilled chicken Ceasar salad was spectacular, very filling too. I added some of their new ghost pepper ranch with the Ceasar dressing. That was the ticket. Grilled chicken was moist and tender, and lettuce was fresh and crisp.
