I was in the mood for takeout and I figured I’d try this Wendy’s and I am glad I did! No comment on the service or building as I got a delivery but the driver herself was great and polite and the food itself was made just how I like it. Said food was a multitude of things. Some fries, spicy chicken nuggets, a chicken sandwich , some burgers and a few cookies, all of which were very good! My only complaint is the bigger sauce was sub par but other than that? It’s a good Wendy’s I’d recommend!

I ordered the family pack of nuggets. It’s 50 nuggets for $15. Best deal around!! They were fresh from the fryer the people are awesome. Definitely a good spot for great food. That frosty coffee is the best!! The carmel is my absolute favorite!!

With it being lunch time, I noticed the drive through was long so I parked to go inside. As soon I I walked in Mrs. Veronica (Vee) immediately greeted me as if I’d been in 100 times before. Order was taken properly and I felt as though I had a VIP card to skip the line. Had my food before I could even get my drink filled. It’s almost like clock work I never get fully cooked fries at Wendy’s or they are soggy, I enjoyed the whole box. Hot. First time in a while I felt welcomed in a fast food restaurant.

It was an alright place to get food. The only thing I would complain about was I was in the restroom using it and one of the guy workers didn’t knock on the door to see if anyone was in there and opened the door a little and luckily I was washing my hands and I said I was in here can you give me a second and he didn’t and just walked in to wash the door. They could of all been a little more professional but it was alright.

First off. It was 12 o’clock . Had the lady swearing to other employees. Being able to hear the conversations. She was beyond rude. Not only was my order wrong . Having her saying hurry up and order. My fries old, order large fries. Barely any fries, it was a small put in a large box. Didn’t get two of my orders. I use to love Wendy’s. But past few mo the have gone down hill. That was the last straw !!

I stopped at Wendy’s for a quick bite to eat and and had a coupon as well. The service was amazing and everything was good. The day I went everything was great but they definitely need to train the younger staff on proper customer service. Because a young man that works there definitely doesn’t know how to do his job. He’s rude and has no knowledge of how to do proper customer service. He doesn’t get the orders right and blames the customer for his mistakes. But unfortunately that is the biggest problem with the younger generation now a days!

I’m a truck driver went to get food yes it was at 8:50 pm went to the door by the drive thru was locked so started to go to the main entrance as I walked around to it watched two employees rush out and lock the main entrance and rush back iguess hoping I didn’t see them basically lock the door in my face they knew I was coming around I would understand if it was a bus load coming in but one customer really I was going to order to take back to my truck not sit in there lounge so I took my money to Walmart I deliver loads close by Alot iguess I will be ordering from McDonald’s or one of the other ones for now on disappointed customer service if good brings in customers bad service drive away your customers maybe teach your employees that
