What’s sad is Wendy’s used to be a family friendly environment, things have really changed. If you don’t like your job then don’t work at that job. Handing someone a bag of food saying “here” in a rude tone then slamming the window is not exactly customer service. I ordered one jr bacon cheese burger, and the foil was covered in ketchup, and all over the burger. Thank you Jakiya for a great experience.

The only reason I’m writing this review is because it wasn’t busy, I’m pregnant as ever and I wanted a large fry. You guys gave me a medium. Of course I have my receipt but if anyone knows a pregnant woman and heat do NOT mix. So keep that Large fry. Keep my lil extra money. But y’all should pay attention. Everything else the food quality is fine. Mighty fine. I just wanted the right stuff.

The only thing that tries hard at this Wendy’s is the building. The guy taking my order Luke didn’t understand very clearly that I wanted a plain cheeseburger. I’m glad that after saying it 3 times that I then said at the end. That burger is plain right. Taps the screen. Now it is. He later then did his job well about 10 minutes after getting my food. I seen him take out garbage and such and the dining room isn’t bad and looks pleasant. It is also 3:30 at the time writing this review. I came in the restaurant at 2:55 that’s what my receipt says. I got my food at 3:16. The drive through girl was killing it just doing her job but everyone else seemed confused and when the boss came in about 10 minutes after I ordered. Everyone was just being friendly like nothing was wrong. There is no urgency at this Wendy’s don’t go here. Why wait 20 minutes for basic food. Also the Soda machine was out of many flavors. Whoever orders the truck needs to work harder.

Went to go through the drive through at dinner with two toddlers. Waited 20 mins before we pulled around to go in because the line wasn’t moving and kids are impatient. However that did not help! Had to wait another 20 in the car with screaming kids while husband had to wait on food…

Customer service was going great here UNTIL a tall, dreadheaded, attitude ridden person in the order window. I let him know my drink order wasn’t right. He rolled his eyes, didn’t even apologize, and might as well have thrown the drink at me. They do well and then hire people who just don’t care about customers. Like it’s our fault they got things mixed up. I wasn’t rude or mean at all even told him “can’t be mad at me” after he handed me the right drink. Fries had been fried twice, if not 3 times and were disgusting.

I ordered through the mobile app this is what I ordered: large chili, 10 pc chicken nuggets meal and a plain kids cheeseburger meal. Got up to the window and was informed they don’t have chili and that I need to request a refund on the app. Get home to find out they gave me a 6pc chicken nugget meal even though I paid for 10 and the plain cheeseburger for the kids meal was piled high with onions and covered in mustard??? I contacted the phone number on the mobile app and explained everything that the entire order was messed up. The lady I spoke to said she would be giving me a full refund which I very much appreciated. Then 4 days later I get an email from wendys saying that I needed to go back to the restaurant with my food to get a refund and that if I give her my address she will send me a coupon to use. I don’t want to go back after all that. That’s absolutely ridiculous, I should not have to drive all the way back with a child nonetheless because of mistakes made by wendys employees but it’s also a little late since 4 days has passed and im now just being told that. I definitely won’t be going back. The customer service rep on the app should also not inform you that you will be getting a full refund for all the mistakes made and then recieve an email from Diane (field training manager) 4 days later that im no longer being refunded but a coupon should be absolutely enough for my money being wasted.

Zero stars not an option. Customer service lacking. Supervisor blamed corporate. Someone called me after I wrote in and needed to argue why they were correct until I sent a photo. Then justified the poor service anyhow.

Nice and friendly employees, considerately short wait time for orders, rarely on occasion do you get an order with any mix-up of any sort and they’re prompt to fix it and offer some sort of item on their menu within reason to make up for makeup on their behalf as an apology who’s always hot and and really good they never rush my family out of the restaurant and it’s very nice calm atmosphere aside for some of the customers which is not at their fault

They are slow, inaccurate and the dark haired lady during the day fux everything up, she needs to stay in her own lane, if she’s making sandwiches stay making sandwiches, every time she’s trying to help with my order she misses something in the bag.
