Worst drive up experience of my life. I ordered something off the menu, then had to repeat myself half a dozen times while the young man in the headset told me he “knew the menu” and the thing I was reading with my own two eyes wasn’t on it – side of gaslighting with that? “I work here, you’re just a customer!” he told me.

When I pulled up to the drive through I was told they were taking cash not cards, no signature lemonade there were pretty much out of everything. All the employees was sitting outside so it sounds like there were being lazy and not wanting to do their job. Crazy because fast food workers want to make more but are lazy and incompetent. You should give the best service and this is not my first time at this Wendy’s were the service and food was horrible. I will start going to a different one.

Ordered delivery by door dash. My order was the Cobb salad which was very good with lots of toppings. One double cheese burger, it was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The delivery was on time.

The GM does not care about her employees, she curses and yells at them for the stranges reasons. Never hiring reliable people and being very two faced with everyone she comes across. She’s no help and when she told about our reasoning for not coming or being late she’ll tell us that’s not her problem and we should still come in. Jerri doesn’t care about her employees or what’s going on in there life, just the business and money.

Ordered our food, paid for our food and was asked to pull up because they had to make fresh chicken for our sandwiches. We pulled up and waited 25 minutes for them to bring out our food. 1 chicken sandwich was cold the other was really hot and not the right one to begin with. Soda was wrong for my daughter. Took the sandwich and the drink back in and they got a attitude with me over the drink and sandwich. Heard a couple employees in the back running their mouth about the other sandwich. So I went and got all the food and drinks. Took it all back in and showed them they were both the same. Then told them I want my money back. About 5 minutes later another employee came out and said they couldn’t refund me my money because a manager would have to approve it and they couldn’t get her to answer. They told me I’d have to come back the next day. I tried calling the store several times to get ahold of the manager and the phone had a busy tone all day until after 5. Called another store and talked to a manager and she said she would text my name and number. Never heard anything. When I got off work I called the store and they said the manager didn’t come in today. 2 days later and no one has even addressed this issue.

I intended to order at the drive thru twice within the last few months. The first instance I asked what was the most count of nuggets I can get for a nugget meal. They said “50”… I asked again in a different way. I just wanted to know, what can I get in a nugget meal, 5? 8? 10 pieces? The same answer two more times… “50”. I just drove off.

Walked in and was looking at the menu and the young man at the register said “I’ll deal with you in a minute!” and continue to wonder around. Felt discriminated against due to my skin color. We ended up standing there for 5 minutes with no other interaction from any other employee so we left and took our business elsewhere.

This has got to be the most unprofessional fast food restaurant atmosphere I have ever been in. Workers are rude, disrespectful, loud and clearly don’t care about there job, all while manager watched.we originally came in to dine in, until we got so uncomfortable that we made thsm change it to go. The food is good, but the staff is extremely slow, very rude, lazy and unprofessional. Last time we went through the drive thru ( and it will be the last time we go to this Wendys!) we waited 28 min. to get our food while we watched 3 employees stand outside smoking and joking around.
