This is a fancy one with kiosks and new facilities. We accidentally ordered spicy chicken nuggets for our 20-month old, but when we realized it one of the workers gave us the regular ones at no charge. Friendly and good customer service, and food was good as well! If it wasn’t our road trip stop, this would have been our go-to branch. I recommend it!

Usually never nice and always close the window on you with no communication. If you come here after dark, past 8-9pm, they shut lights off and act closed. They hide and then you have to knock on window to get any attention to which they act mad when they are literally open. Haven’t had good service here in months.

This place seriously can’t complete a single order correctly if they tried. I love Wendy’s but apparently at this location now, the last 3 TIMES I’ve asked for a bacon cheeseburger, it’s literally a plain burger with a slice of cheese. Forever choosing to go next door to Taco Bell. At least when you pay the upcharge, you get the product.

They left me standing at the counter. When they finally talked to me they said if you’re ordering go over to the kiosk and order. I said no thank you and left. I’m not going to learn how to use their text screen for a Frosty They didn’t care. If you actually want customer service don’t go here or use the drive-thru. I won’t be going in again.

The new ghost pepper chicken sandwich was raw. The assistant manager explained that this was not the first time. It happened to them as well. They said they would call the branch manager and resolve the issues. I was refunded but my girlfriend is done with fast food. She has heard of stories about raw chicken and getting sick from it. I have been a victim of raw chicken and gotten sick, the worst 7 days of my life!

I ordered a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger, and got one that was cold in the middle. Only had two bites of it. No problem, I took it back to the drive-thru to mention it to them and to get one that was warm/hot all the way through. They gave me another one, but I discovered they had given me a Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger. Again, I took it back through to get what I wanted, a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. They asked to have both burgers they had already given me, I obliged. I have still only taken 2 bites of the original one, none of the second one. They then gave me another burger and told me to taste it at the drive-thru before driving away. I opened it up and it’s another Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger. I told them it’s the wrong one, the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger doesn’t have a cheddar bun. It’s also incredibly hot, it’s uncomfortable to even hold. I didn’t tell them that, but I’m sure they knew that they made it extra hot. They told me that it was the one I ordered, or something like that, which isn’t true. I again insisted it wasn’t the burger I wanted, and the manager just told me to have a good night. I was basically dismissed. This was just incredibly frustrating. I can tell this burger has different toppings as well as a different bun than a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger, so I don’t know why they insisted it was what I ordered. The first one was right, just cold. I have photo evidence of the burger I ended up with too.

We pulled into the drive thru at 11:45 pm, all the lights and menu board were on. Sitting at menu board, the lights were all turned off. I guess someone wanted to close early.

The mobile app has been working very well. Pickup via drive through is ready and hot. Promotion offers have been really good and saved us significant money.

The employees don’t even take the orders inside and they are still slow. I had to clean my own table and the employees wouldn’t even approach the counter because I was standing there.
