Terrible location. Extremely rude workers (ESPECIALLY Ed). They over charged me, and gave me the wrong receipt. After the register window, which absolutely nothing was said to me (she just took my card without telling me my total, etc. and afterward shut the window in my face). I questioned my total at the next window after looking at what I was charged on my bank app (which was over the amount I should’ve been charged), and I was told “receipts in the bag have a nice day” and the window was shut in my face. Brought my receipt back in and voiced my concerns I was told “prove it” and when I politely asked why he was being rude, he said “I am just matching your energy.” Very unprofessional. Do not go here, especially with the people working at the location now. Ed needs to be fired for the sake of customers and his coworkers.

They’re all always in a rush to get you out, doing so they ALWAYS miss items and I always have to end up going back to get my items. I’m done with this location. Please train employees to full fill correct orders and not rushing the customers out. Need better service at this location lacks it a lot and I see it.

Waited in line for 37 min in drive thru. The 12 fries i got in the little carton Were cold and soggy. The burger was cold to the touch like it just came out of the refrigerator. Really don’t know why it took so long but we timed several vehicles from the time they pull up to the order window to an actually place the order was anywhere between three and six minutes. I don’t know if they were shorthanded but I see other reviews in here that are not good either so I’m assuming it’s management problems. Hopefully they can get it figured out because this is definitely not good fast food like they advertise

My husband went used the drive thru window, ordered 2 Dave’s Singles, paid $23.30. When he seen the 2 glasses of pop(coke or pepsi), had mostly all ice he asked the guy at the window to dump it out & put less ice in them. The guy told him he needed to pay first, my husband did. The guy, the had the gull to tell him you, paid for it, there is NO Refund on food! My husband told him to take the first glass back & the guy refused pushing back at him that if fell to the ground. The guy at the window then proceeded to throw the next glass of pop as my husband driver’s door. My husband went inside & asked to speak with the manager, it was the same person at the driver thru window. He again was told NO Refund on food! My husband, then said all he wanted was the 2 pops with less ice(there was hardly any pop, all ice) or his money back on them, he was willing to pay more for the 2 burgers and 2 fries, but the Manager refused again. Needless to say, the bag of food got shoved around and it ended up out of the bag and on the counter. The so-called Manager refused a Refund or to make things RIGHT. We Lost our $23.30 and Wendy’s Customer Complaint, said they will forward the situation to that franchise and has requested a refund. Doubt we will get our money back as told. Where is Customer Service and making things right! Instead we are told that’s how it is. We will not be going back to this Wendy’s!

Very disappointed in this location. We ordered 2 orders of the biggie bag. First both sandwiches buns were harder to chew than the bacon on them. The fries old and stale. The nuggets had 2 spicy and 2 regular in one bag. What is going on here? Corporate needs to get involved.

Waited 30 minutes in line as 5 workers helped one person at a time. When it was finally our turn to order, we found out they were out of strawberry frostys. We ordered chocolate instead, pulled up to the window only to be told there’s no chocolate either. It would have been really nice to know prior to waiting 30 minutes they were out of a popular item. I’m not sure why the wait was so long when there were 5 workers, if they were short staffed or during rush times I would understand. Definitely will not be returning to this location.
