I ordered my burger with no tomatoes and it had tomatoes. No big deal I told the young lady at the window it had tomatoes. She first asked, “oh did you want us to fix it?” I said yes because I did specifically say no tomatoes. She took the burger, then less than 30 seconds she handed it back. When I checked I still saw some of the tomato seeds and juice and it was obvious they took the big piece off and gave it back to me. When I asked for a refund as I know you just took the tomato off, she said I’m just 16 so I don’t know what they did to your burger, I don’t make them. I asked for the manager a different gentleman came to the window and asked if I wanted remade. I was honest and said at this point I don’t trust it and he walked away and the manager Heaven, I believe was her name. He forgot to close the sliding window so when he walked away I heard him talking to his coworkers talking about me and that I wouldn’t take a new burger. I told them they forgot the window was open and they moved to the back of the kitchen. I’ve worked at Wendy in the past. I’ve never heard of removing the incorrect item from sandwiches and giving them back. Further, to degrade me and my decision for a refund in front of me what not just disrespectful it was plain rude. I will never go to this establishment again. I feel frustrated because I was about to pay $7.50 plus for just a burger single. I literately said please no tomatoes. It’s odd to put them on anyway and get frustrated with me because you made a mistake. I hope Heaven or Heavenly does better in the future. I just don’t understand at all how they felt it was appropriate. I live 3 minutes from this res and I’ll never visit again.

I ordered a Dave’s double and a summer strawberry salad. The sandwich I got was a dry chicken patty with a lettuce leaf. For that I paid $16.62. I was there at 6pm, June 24. The wait to order was also extremely long. So long, Wendy’s.

I went thru the drive thru on July 6th, around 2 pm. The young man working the drive thru I believe was a descendent of Eeyore from Winnie The Pooh. After having him take my order, I was depressed and thought about standing in traffic. Besides being depressing, he’s not very polite. As someone in sales, you have to watch how you word things, especially when you lack charisma. “What do you want?” I’m assuming he meant what do I want to eat, but honestly feel he was just bothered to have to do his job. Once I picked up my food at the window, he literally shoved it at me and closed the window without a single word. The food was okay today, but can someone please give this kid a hug and tell him it will be okay? And then fire him.

Ordered $25 worth of food. A ten count chicken nuget and a baconator. They didint put bacon on my sandwich. Went back to get a new one and they decided to give me a portion of bacon in a bag. I would not normally be upset about this, but there were no toppings at all on my sandwich and they were very rude at the window. I get you guys don’t make enough to care. But I payed $25 dollars for this meal just for it to be wrong cold and not appealing what so ever. Do better.

I paid almost 13$ for a large meal and that’s the frys I got I also got a chicken sandwich with no crunchy lettuce on it when i wanted it on my sandwich. This store is about the slowest fast food restaurant I go to I work in town here. I will go to the gas station to get my lunch from now on its way cheaper amd you get more food
