I’ve been here about 3-4x now since this location opened and I don’t believe I’ve ever received fresh, hot fries. I tend to go on the weekends, so I’m sure it’s a bunch of kids in the kitchen. Management needs to make sure those fries are rotated out frequently because the quality is inedible. I just played Russian roulette with today’s order of fries, some were mildly edible and some were probably from the shift change this morning. And no, to those reading, I don’t plan on ordering fries here again.

Drive Thru workers have a major attitude problem and should not be working with the public. I get it’s fast food but if you can’t do your job respectfully then don’t work in customer service. I am so appalled by the girl with the curly red hair and the little flamboyant shaggy haired boys presentation of themselves and the company. I despise having to pick up orders from here because of the behavior and rudeness.

The quality of food was quite disappointing fries were undercooked and the sandwich buns kept falling apart. None of the food was hot, one burger even felt cold(we used microwave for it) The buns were a bit dry and flaky We did not receive any condiments we ordered or straws for any drinks.

Anticipate a wait if you visit. Went yesterday and waited in line for a good 30 minutes only for them not have garlic for the garlic fries & drum roll please…the frosty machine was broken. Seriously? You’re a brand new restaurant, nothing should already be broken & you should be fully supplied. If not, at least have a sign informing people so they don’t wait a long time only meeting the length of time with disappointment.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich by itslef 6 dollars. The thing was tiny. The piece of chicken only covered half the bun. I would had been better off ordering the 5 dollar bag and got everything else plus the same size sandwich for less what a joke. I remember getting what you paid for but not at this location i guess

I went in on the day it opened and then today again I loved how patient the staff was with me even tho they were extremely packed I’ve read most of the reviews and no one is taking into consideration that they are extremely understaffed and overworked you guys need to calm down and let the workers get some rest their very much human like the rest of us and please try and be patient with them they are also dealing with 30 other things at once. There is this one worker with dark hair and light colored eyes which I thought were beautiful but even tho people were yelling at her and getting into her face demanding things from her she always had a smile on her face poor girl looked so young and so overwhelmed!! Besides all that I the staff was very kind and tried there hardest!!! And food was good

This Wendy’s has some serious issues they need to work on. Ordering, the man on the drive-thru was so rude and short-worded I was scared to ask for more. Then getting my food the person at the window said nothing and was confused when I stayed, I had a drink! Anyway, got home and the order in my bag was just completely wrong. It’s whatever, I just want to make sure people know!

It’s another ONE

Horrible customer service, the management looks lost, and conduct themselves like children. I was denied a 50 piece nugget one night, yet when I asked someone who worked there to order it all of a sudden it wasn’t a problem. I heard they had a broken oven so they microwaved bacon on non microwavable trays. They also do not make fresh food, sit in the lobby and you can hear buzzers go off while the employees just turn them off. They also touch food without gloves… Don’t believe me just sit in the lobby and watch!!! This place jyst opened and I would rather go to Burger King or Taco Bell, heck even Culver’s is a better option. If you want to hear inappropriately teens curse and deny you orders due to “broken machines” have at it… otherwise the bargain isnot worth the hassle.
