Ordered for 5 of us. Paid our $40+ and received drinks. Were asked to park near lamppost. About 12 minutes went by before we were offered an incorrect order. Waited another 15 minutes to go inside myself. Inquired about the status of my order, couldn’t be told a thing. To receive my refund, had to recall the order as we had not been given a receipt upon payment. Left with our drinks to drive an hour away to view fireworks. Had dinner once we got at destination.

I’ve been avoiding Wendy’s for a while, but tried them again as part of a T-Mobile promo for their breakfast. And I was blown away! I’ve always loved their Frosty and now I am a breakfast fan. The Baconater meal filled me up and everything was really, really good. I also tried their French toast sticks and loved those too. Wendy’s breakfast is a bit of a guilty pleasure-fast food that makes me feel good. Service was fast and friendly, the restaurant was clean (including rest rooms), and there is more than enough parking. Great breakfast!

No drinks given after 21 minute wait, told the very rude and uncaring lady that brought our food out and she never came back out again with our drinks. This is the 3rd horrible experience at this Wendy’s in Clare and my families last visit ever. They don’t deserve anybodys money what a joke.

Went through the drive through, when there was only one car ahead of us who pulled in right before us. We paid and then were told to pull forward. After about 5-8 minutes were were handed bags and the employee walked away. As we checked our bags we noticed all of our fries were missing and the chicken nuggets for one of the means was missing. Literally half our order of almost $40 was missing. Took a few minutes before we were acknowledged, then we’re given the excuse “were just very busy and we’re waiting on fries that’s why you didn’t get them”. Ok so because they were waiting on fries to finish cooking they just figured they’d not give us what we paid for and go about our day? After several minutes we were handed a bag and told everything is there. We checked the bag and sure enough no chicken nuggets. At this point we had made a 2nd trip inside and the 3 drive through orders that came in while we were dealing with our missing items also came in because their orders were missing fries and other items. Apparently the approved culture there is to just attempt to rip the customers off.
