The worst Wendys experience. asked for a FRESH spicy chicken sandwich. They had my husband pull up to wait for fresh spicy chicken sandwich. HE WAITED OVER 10 minutes. When he got home with sand which it was extremely hard and defiantly not fresh. Called for refund and was told they do not so refunds and the only way to possibly get one was to wait next day for a manager. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be back to this location again.

Not sure what happened tonight but it took me every ounce of my being to not go off on the girl in the drive thru window. Listen, I know customer service sucks. I’ve done it 32 years.. it’s not fun.. but she was the rudest human being I have encountered in quite awhile. From her tone taking my order to her presence at the window.. no “hello”, no “thank you” no “have a good night” no nothing.. sweetheart, I know we all have bad days, and no job is glorious, but somewhere your soul left your body and it’s completely noticeable by the way you talk to people.. someone take her off the drivethru .. please.. I forgot to mention my order was wrong in all of this but, I still ate it because after all that.. I wasn’t even worried. Will be avoiding this location!

So for the second time that we have come here I have had attitude because I have a big family and I ordered six $6 biggie bags and the second time we come here order six big bags and we get one napkin the workers at this restaurant need to have a more positive attitude and better customer service I don’t know if they hate their job or what I put the food was good

Typical fast food drive through, although the young lady taking my son and I’s order was very nice. Food was good, and fresh. We did have to pull up to wait for our food for a few minutes, but it didn’t take long for them to come out with our order, and like I said, the food was fresh! The small Frosty was really small, definitely hit with shrinkage, lol. But it was enough for my son, and really it’s a perfect size for smaller kids. We will probably be back!

Ordered just a Daves Single at 10pm and got just meat and sticky old cheese on a bun, nothing else. I was the only one in the drive through too and they couldn’t get my 1 order right. The older lady at the drive through was rude, angry and had the meanest scowl on her face but the guy was nice. If you don’t like your job, maybe you should work somewhere else.

I really wanted to like this Wendy’s, as I generally love Wendy’s and am in the area often now. Unfortunately, today was the last time I’ll visit this otherwise convenient location. 1st trip saw me get cold fries (no biggy-it happens). 2nd trip saw me get completely the wrong food bag. This time, I wanted to try the new ghost pepper chicken sandwich I’ve seen so much about. The chicken wasn’t even close to being fully cooked. As big a problem as undercooked chicken is, I’m shocked it made it off the line (it wasn’t busy, so no big rush or anything to worry about). Everyone has been friendly each time and it all seems clean enough, but execution appears to be an issue and, of course, undercooked chicken issues are a big health issue. Hopefully they can get reorganized and improve.

They missed more than half of our order. We had to repeat ourselves 4 times and instead of repeating the order back, they told us to pull fwd. Did not give us a receipt, so we didn’t even get a list of what they put in for our order. We called in to ask them to fix our order and they told us we were lying and blew us off. I wish I could give $0. They also put their bare hands in the ice machine.

I cannot stress this enough…..DO NOT EAT HERE. Ordered a drink and sat down at a table . They had the kitchen door open so I could see what was going on..I was disturbed to say the least. They did not wear any gloves while preparing or HANDLING the food . I watched one of the workers wipe his forehead and continued to make this poor person’s food. An employee accidentally dipped his sweaty shirt in the liquid cheese and proceeded to use that as well…. the dining area absolutely disgusting I don’t know how the health department is not involved in this
