This Wendy’s is usually pretty good. I have been here 15-20 times over the past year. Unfortunately, the last 3 or 4 times I’ve ordered from here, the buns have been very dry and un-toasted. I’m not sure if Wendy’s stopped toasting all of their buns recently, but even ordering extra mayo on the sandwich does not make them better. As an ex Wendy’s employee, I expect better. I may have to start going a bit farther to the store on 16 mile to see my old manager Tyrone!

It’s Wendy’s. As usual, skimpy on the toppings. Burgers are not made fresh to order, at least mine wasn’t. Fries were warm not hot. Corporate fast food has gone down the drain. Profits over quality. Sorry. Won’t be back. Maybe they should train their cooks to make the food look like the pictures.

This location always forgets something in my order when I get my food Noone ever picks up the phone I don’t have time to go back every time to get the food I ordered, gonna have to find a new location now cuz it’s getting old… also the fries are always cold especially the baconator fries.

Salad was old in partially brown bag was missing utensils salad dressing as well as peacons. No one was in line service was prompt eager to hand you trash watch every single order they hand you.

Was in town visiting family. Stopped on my way to the airport. Simply for a small drink and a small cup of ice. Small drink $2.39 + tax. Small cup of ice $2.39 +tax. I thought maybe the lady heard me wrong but when I went around to pay, my order was $5+. The lady had a heavy accent. Very rude. Told me the amount due and then proceeded to take a whole other order so I was just sitting there for about 2 mins of her talking to another person. When she finally got to me, I asked if the ice was really the same price as another. She said yes. I said no thank you. Then she basically rolls her eyes like…so you don’t want it?? And then turns to tell the front window…SHE DON’T WANT IT NOW. I get to the front…again to confirm…because maybe she’s so busy in the back she didn’t understand. The 2 people at the window appeared to be teenagers. I asked for ice again. They literally looked scared to even talk to me about the ice. The guy left the window to go to the back to ask the accent lady about it. So I ask the girl still in the front…all of this over a small cup of ice??? She whisper that they had to do it that way. I just told her never mind and to keep it. Anytime kids work fast food and are scared like that…their bosses are usually jerks to them. And to add to it, yes…I am aware that places charge for ice. I’ve paid extra for ice. I’ve just never seen a place charge for 2 drinks for a small cup of ice.

They never get my order right here. There are usually several things wrong with the order when I get home with it. Plus, staff seems super irritated with me whenever I order, like they can’t wait for me to shut up and leave them alone. I’m a food service employee myself, and I know fast casual is a tougher job than people realize. Yet I always feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff at this location just by being a patron. I don’t ask for any modifications, and I will still end up with the complete wrong sandwich or two chili’s in the bag when I only ordered one. Idk, just not a great Wendy’s. Rude, slow, and sloppy.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They always give poor service and have an attitude about providing the survive! They ALWAYS forget items and this time I was served raw old looking chicken that was clearly microwaved in my chicken salad. DON’T recommend!!! I called multiple times to speak with a manager and they don’t feel like answering the phones. Customer service is only open 8am-8pm Mon-Fri, and my issue was after 8pm in a Friday. So if you have a problem with the restaurant on the weekend you’re out of luck!

The worst and rudest drive-thru I’ve ever encountered! I ordered a meal and clearly said “Can I get a Pretzel Bacon Pub meal and make it large”. I don’t go to Wendy’s very often so I couldn’t tell from the pricing if it was large or not, so when I pulled up to the window, the first thing I did was double-check with the drive-thru staff if the size is large. He realized it was not and turn around to make changes on the computer and forgot to close the window. He was cursing inside and used the F word and said “if you want something say it”.
