Just left and never will I be back at night. The day time crew is way better than the night crew. But it was my fault. I knew I shouldn’t have ordered from this place when I pulled up and it reeked of old grease. I ordered 3 meals for myself n my kids. Got home and discovered all of our meals were cooked in old grease. Not only that but I ordered a combo. A number 10 to be exact and I get home n see that I barely had any fries. They didn’t give me a receipt to report it to corporate. The daytime crew food is always fresh. Smh HOOD CHRONICLES

I walk in to get a pick up order. It was the filthiest restaurant I’ve seen. The lady yells for me to go through the drive thru when I’m not supposed to. She ignored me when I yell back I’m picking up several times. She was rude. Order wasn’t ready. Sends me to the drive through. Then tells me to pull up to the door where I was in the first place to bring the order out to me so that she can falsify speed of service. I was doing things on my phone so I didn’t pull off right away. She got an attitude. I told her when I was up front she ignored me so don’t get mad. She then canceled the order. Poor customer service. Business loss. This restaurant should be shut down for sanitation purposes.

Just one step into that place and I knew it was gonna be bad, very unclean, and poor customer service. but because i was feeding my family I stayed, the fountain drink tasted like the fountain was never cleaned and I immediately felt sick. Some of the fries smelled like butt, and the meals were not in they’er own bags. I was very disappointed seeing how hard the girl taking the orders was working and it was a pure shame that her team could not back her up and match the energy she was giving out. This place needs a deep-clean or just all replacement.

The Drive through window that they give you your food through may have Covid! Looks like they haven’t cleaned it in ages! Other than that it was only one car ahead of me and they gave me hot food. I wanted a chocolate frosty with my meal, but they told me that the chocolate shake machine was down. What a bummer. Then she told me they only had Strawberry left so I settled with that.. I’m kinda scared to drink it though knowing that their drive through window was FILTHY, it’s no telling what they’re doing on the inside that you can’t see… also the fact that she told me it was the last strawberry frosty it made me feel some type of way I can’t explain. I don’t think I’ll be returning here. The lady at the window had a pleasant attitude though and offered me a sprite for the inconvenience.

So the first time I came here, ordered a burger and did not get ANY tomatoes, lettuce or onions. It was just meat and cheese. It wasn’t until my loved one pointed out that the burgers we ordered were supposed to come with those items and showed me on the website to confirm! I was so mad they charged me and did not gimme all my food, IN THIS ECONOMY.

I went up to this place at 12:38 on Thursday on May 11th and they told me the system was down so they cannot take my order. I then drove across the street to the Taco Bell. Where I observed another car drive into the line to order and he drove back around and they took his order. I was highly upset because the employees were outside smoking weed 15 minutes before it was supposed to close so I guess they didn’t have time to make my sandwich but I just would like to be compensated for the fact I had to drive five different places to find a place to get some food because everything was closed and I ended up having to spend way more money than I wanted to to get food that I shouldn’t have to pay for because Wendy’s was open and nothing was wrong with their system Please explain to me why this scenario happened the way it did.

This restaurant is so very nasty on the inside. Has it ever been cleaned since they opened? When you walk inside the glass and the floor is so filthy. Then I get home start eating my salad and there’s a piece of hair in it. I keep calling the store yet no one will answer the phone. I at least want my money back, credit or something.

Well let’s just say that at least the food was good lol… besides that we’ve decided not to go back to that location again… everything about the visit was unprofessional… from the longgg wait at the menu for someone to recognize we were there… how loud she was when she finally spoke… how they communicated with one another when we approached the window (you can hear them cursing loud)… getting the wrong drinks that we didn’t order… it just got to a point to were we didn’t care and we just wanted to go.
