I placed my order online (very user friendly). It was approximately 6:37pm, I drove about 25 minutes in an ugly ⛈️ thunderstorm to pick my order up. I get there to let the very unorganized server know I was there. I could tell by a few of the unhappy faces in the lobby, my experience was going to be questionable. Many orders before mine were incorrect. SMH. I was still hopeful at this moment. . Well 50 minutes later I get my order, and faithfully I go to the car to check it. With GREAT disappointment it was missing a side. Instead of telling me that they were out of yams, they just gave me an extra random side. Since when does 4 chicken tenders equate to 2 chicken breast. THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. It was raining too hard to go back in, so I took the “L”. The wait time is RIDICULOUS & the inconsistencies of what food is available is unacceptable. This isn’t my 1st, 2nd, 3rd, but definitely my last.

Horrible experience. I normally visit in the afternoons and the food is cool. Unfortunately I stopped there today and it wasn’t good at all. Here are a list of things….1st I after waiting in the drive thru I observed who appeared to be a manager walk outside and grabbed a plastic bread crate that was stored outside. The problem with that was he was wearing plastic gloves. It doesn’t matter if he was or wasn’t preparing food – how do I no that and he was wearing clear latex gloves. I don’t no if he changed them or not once he got back inside but the optics alone looks bad. 2nd I ordered a sausage biscuit which was great and potato wedges that were cold and awful. I also had a medium coke that taste like syrup, where something had to be wrong with the machine. I ordered 2 orders like that and both had the same problems. I’m just saying if your working inside and come outside to do analyzing you must no that everything you do is being observed. If he truly changed his gloves…how would I no?

Wendy’s in general I’ve noticed has gone downhill. But this particular location is a mess. Once I was given someone else’s order. Then the last time, someone in line didn’t get their drink, so they parked, yes, parked their car and left it in front of the line. So no one could get out. The management there should not have let that occur. It lasted at least ten minutes and there were probably ten people behind this person.

I paid for a large strawberry frosty, and they gave me the small cup. I go to wendys frequent and i know how a large frosty looks like and they told me this is the large one. I asked for manager and was told there is none. Scamming for the money in this wendys. Not recommended at all!!!

Two nights in a row i have tried to go to get a frosty. Last night around 945pm they said they didn’t have any frosties. Tonight i pulled into the drive thru at 955pm and no one answered to take my order. I drove by and there was an employee in there but they were clearly just ignoring me. Aside from this, during the day when i go they are really slow and often get your order wrong. Such a disappointment.

I went to Wendy’s because I have been out of the country for a year and I had a craving for a burger. I ordered at the drive in window from the menu in front of me. I wanted the pretzel burger combo. The voice out of the speaker confirmed my order, gave me the amount that I would have to pay and instructed me to go to window 2. There were a few cars ahead of me and I was patiently waiting to get to window 2. As I reached window 1, a young man came to the window to inform me that the burger I ordered is discontinued and no longer available. I was surprised to say the least but I don’t go to a fast food outlet to waste time. I just asked him why they hadn’t updated the menu and why did the order taker accept my order? He shrugged and asked me what I would like to order instead. I asked for a classic bacon burger combo. I proceeded to window 2 exchanged my money for the drink and bag of food and went on my way. At my destination, I started to unwrap the food only to discover that I was in possession of a chicken sandwich. I was livid and I went online to complain which is a story unto itself and I may share it later. In conclusion, I still have my receipt for a burger combo that I paid for and I would gladly send back the chicken sandwich to get my money refunded to me. I can’t say how disappointed I was and when I mentioned it to my local hosts they apologized for not warning me about that Wendy’s branch. It seems that mistakes are common and service is lottery like.

HIGHLY UPSET I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with NO TOMATO because I’m allergic after I said NO TOMATO the cashier repeat my order and said no tomatoes but yet I get my sandwich and what was on it tomato. If I would of bit into my sandwich and ate a piece of that tomato and had a bad allergic reaction I would be sueing y’all do better and pay attention instead of playing around talking

They asked specifically what sauce we’d like 3 times. Never give us sauce or napkins. They forgot the toy in the kids meal much to our child’s disappointment. We get home and notice the meal is wrong. They weren’t even busy! We were the only car in line. Terrible service.

We visited to have frosties however they only were offering med size and we wanted small. No accommodations were attempted we left. Clean lobby,staff seemed overwhelmed as it took 5min to order with only 1 person ahead of us.
