Staff was extremely rude the boy at the window called my friend a b***h and he asked if he heard him right and his manager walked over and started being more rude than EVER necessary. Having a bad day does not mean u can be rude to CUSTOMERS. The food was cold and the bread was torn apart and 2 were moldy had to be thrown out. The cokes were all watered down and gross. Spent $70 there just to have to buy other dinner from them screwing everything up

Out of stock, but didn’t cross off the menu & continued to take my order. Waited in line for 10 minutes. Once I got to the window, they said they didn’t have my order & asked if I’d like anything else, but I don’t have the menu memorized. I think they’re communication within the business & with their customers could use work.

Even though they have the hours posted for the dining room, It wasn’t open. I get staffing trouble, but at least put up a dign to explain why. The wait was long, and the fries were cold.

Double check your receipt folks. Ordered 2 large chilis for what the menu board said was $3.59 each. Got to the window and my total was $8.03. It’s my fault for not noticing it but when I got home, the receipt in the bag said they were $3.79 each. Wasn’t going back for 40¢. False advertising? Not going back since there are several other Wendy’s nearby that are not trying to rip you off. Makes you wonder what else they are overcharging you for.

This Wendy’s is rated the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Besides, the poor lack thereof of customer service. It’s shameful that 1: you order a Frostychino and they give you a cup of 80% ice 15% frosty 5% coffee and 2: With only two cars in the que that I have to anticipate a 15+ minute wait for any type of service. The length of time that I have to wait, I could’ve sat down at a restaurant ordered my food and by the time my food would’ve gotten there, I’d still be in line waiting for this Wendy’s. It’s shameful.

Avoid this place at all costs. We were stuck in the drive thru for over an hour tonight. This place clearly doesn’t hire enough people and I bet the pay is garbage too. The sign stating they were closing early due to being short staffed was posted in a place you wouldn’t see until you were already stuck in the inescapable drive thru lane. Absolutely infuriating.

Please save yourself a trip and avoid this location. We waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes and there we were one of 2 cars in it. They screwed up our order and were extremely rude when we asked them to fix it. The employees here are absolutely incompetent.
