I’m not trying to sound rude but I do work in the area, I’ve had this Wendy’s many many times, 9 times out of 10 I’ve waited 20+ minutes for food but I’m not going to complain about that. My complain is, even waiting that long, my order doesn’t get done right. I have had this happen more times than I can count on a hand and I’m finally writing a review. I asked today for a 5$ biggie bag, double stack no cheese, spicy nuggets and neither were correct. I want to mention how every time I say thank you I just get ignored afterwards as well. With those two combined , I would say they don’t care at all. Once again, I’m not trying to sound rude cause I understand, but I’m having trouble understanding why I’ve had this happen so much and nothing has been done about it. Edit: I also paid for a extra side of sweet and sour sauce and that wasn’t there either.

4/5 orders I make are incorrect. This night, we ordered 3 burgers and one fry. After they didnt give us our fries, they also have us another burger. I asked for no mayo or lettuce, and its on all four of the burgers. Orders have been inconsistent for years, just go to a different one like 5 minutes away from this.

It is absolutely shocking to me how very rude both the employee and the manager at at this location are. There was a problem with the soda machine and there was not enough syrup in a diet Coke, and very politely informed them that there wasn’t enough syrup and the employee started arguing that there was nothing wrong with the machine. Because he was arguing after I very politely asked him to check and make sure it was okay we asked for the manager who was as rude, if not ruder than this employee. I will be calling corporate and reporting this awful behavior because I would hope corrective action might take place. I understand that every place is short-staffed, and everyone is frankly overworked. However no matter what happens I maintain a calm, professional and polite demeanor when something is wrong, and do not expect to be treated the way I was treated at this location.

Worst service and food I’ve ever had from a Wendy’s. With at least 3 staff members it took over 40 minutes for food with no customers inside and 5 cars in the drive through. Don’t ask me why we decided to even wait that long but we did. Food was cold and poorly prepared. I’ll never go back to this location. I also left a review with the company and received no response so don’t expect anything to change here

Horrid service. When I politely explained to the drive-thru attending that my pop didn’t have enough syrup he commenced to argue with me and tell me there was nothing wrong with the machine. He then dispensed another diet Coke but the same problem was present. I told him that it still didn’t have enough syrup and was very watery. He grew from me there was nothing wrong with the machine and that there was nothing he could do and he started raising his voice to me. I then asked to speak to his manager. She came over and when I explained to her what was happening asked if I wanted anything else? I replied any type of diet pop. She told me what they had and I selected a diet Dr pepper. I then told her that I had not been offered this option by the window attendant and that I didn’t appreciate that what I did get instead of the window attendant trying to solve the problem was an argument and basically telling me I was wrong. She then rudely replied that there was nothing else she could do for me that she was busy and then walked away. I was nothing but polite and, if it were in a professional setting, I would characterize my behavior as professional. I wasn’t expecting any compensation from her. I was expecting an acknowledgment of the fact that I was treated rudely by the window attendant and that she would deal with the situation. Instead, what I received was more rudeness.

Fast food is no longer fast food. This review won’t matter because no one cares. My review is same as everyone else… long wait lines inside or by drive thru. Zero customer service. But what does it matter… the managers are frustrated because nothing changes on their end either.

Just got off a 12 hour + work shift and I’m grateful for the late night crew who was there taking orders to keep things moving. All in all I don’t have time to eat during the day and other drive throughs were having system failures with the major storms that rolled through. With that being said, Thank you Wendy’s and crew for getting me fed after a long day.

Whoever the 2 employees that were working 6/1/23 around noon deserve a raise! While the line was long, they did not skimp on quality! I ordered chili cheese fries and did not receive them; so I came back and they brought them out and they were the best fries I’ve ever had at any Wendy’s!
