I have to hand it to the folks at this Wendy’s, they’ve got customer service down pat. They were all out of large cups, but they tried their darnedest to quench my insatiable thirst. And let me tell you, that baked potato and natural lemonade combo is worth any minor inconvenience. Sure, the fries were a little past their prime, but who needs fries when you have a potato the size of your head? All in all, it was a great experience and a welcome addition to my not-so-healthy diet. But hey, life is too short to count calories, am I right?

I am very aware of the fact that issues at fast food places is not a significantly serious matter or of utmost importance but I am writing this review because my experience here was possibly the most uncomfortable and frustrating I have ever had. I am hoping this gets through to a manager, corporate, or someone who can actually acknowledge it. I waited 20 minutes as the first car in the drive through. I know that staffing issues have been very common in this day of age so I never get mad about this and practice patience. However, after another 15 minute wait after placing my order, I pulled up to the window to see 3 staff members on their phones behind the counter. I paid and had to continue waiting 5 minutes, during which an employee started yelling out the window at customers “GO HOME IT’S RAINING

Stay away from this place my wife went to the drive-through. We have our receipt. Talk to a manager. My chicken sandwich was burnt. Both the fries was cold and she told me that she only sold one chicken sandwich today. The chicken nuggets we got were cold also.

Me and my family decided to get dinner at this location. We did a mobile order and sat in line for roughly 30 minutes. We did not have a big order so unclear as why it took this long. Not only did they not have 2 of the drinks we had ordered but they were going to send us on our way without them. No type of order in this restaurant. I highly highly highly recommend not coming to this location until management figures out how to run this location properly.

Not to be a Karen but… Karen I shall be. I’m a very patient person but I went there this morning and I was literally the only customer and was waiting foreverr at the drive through, finally placed my small order and had to wait at least 25 freakin minutes total. The worker was nice but there’s no excuse for that long of a wait with no one there. Sandwich was good and fresh but the potato wedges were stale and cold. Eh oh well. That’s why I rarely get fast food.

I go there and have to wait for 5 minutes for 2 cars ahead of me. When I finally get to the window to pick up my mobile order both my burgers are wrong. Why do I have to wait so long for poor food? Went a week otwo ago and pull in drive threw jus for them to tell me they are closed ..in the afternoon. Just went an hour ago after work and sign says exact change or card. I had a $20 only. So I had to buy 2 meals and get as close to $20 because they keep all money do to them not having any bills or any change. Cashier says they won’t have any cash until Wednesday. .mind you it’s Monday. What is goin on with this location?? How can a restaurant not have any cash or any change at all in it?. My bill was $ 19.44 and they kept my change. And to top it off I didn’t get any bacon on my Baconator! I’m beyond irritated with this location and will not be back. I swear it’s always something with this specific location. Who is in charge?? What is going on here?!

If it was possible it would be zero stars, I waited over 40 minutes for a small fry and a junior cheeseburger. They are so rude and I understand they are probably short staffed but 40 minutes when it’s not even busy. It’s 7:30 at night is unacceptable

The rudest and most unclean staff ever. The worker behind the counter had a paper towel whipping his nose, He stuck it back in his pocket and NEVER washed his hands. He kept putting his hands on his pockets too where he had the paper napkin. No gloves on either. I’ll Never order nor eat there again. Yuck
