This young lady has me sitting in line at the speaker this morning for over five minutes… Finally comes in the speaker and asks me am I getting breakfast or lunch..I say breakfast she says we stop serving breakfast, I asked what time they stop she said 1030am.. I look at my watch it’s 1030. I said well I’ve been here before 1030 she puts me back in hold.. she says well the chicken is going to take five minutes to make I said fine she then says and the potatoes are going to be four more minutes on top of that, at that point she’s playing games I said never mind cause now I’m about to be running late, she’s giggling saying you sure? My thing is if customer service isn’t for you then try something else cause now you being paid to piss people off I will not be returning.

If I could do 0 stars I would. My husband ordered us dinner off of the app. We get there and they told us they didn’t even have 50% of what we ordered. My husband asked them what we can do and they said we could request a refund off the app. Which we couldn’t. They laughed at my husband and were talking to eachother more than him. We can’t get through to their location number or corporate and are now out $32. And out dinner for the family. I Will be getting a refund. First time going to this location. And last.

The sandwich is not a croissant and hashbrowns are not hashbrowns that you know of, the sandwich was on a hamburger bun and the hashbrons are actually seasoned french fries The food had a good flavor I was just disappointed and what I’m normally used to seeing. The French toast sticks were French toast sticks but microwaved they were not crispy or baked at all.

The woman at the window on 06/08/23 is absolute TRASH. She was so rude and acted as if we were bothering her by ordering. They were out of coffee at breakfast and it wasn’t blocked off the menu so I ordered a coke. We got to the window and the worker TOLD ME she replaced my coke with an orange juice because they didn’t have coke but she never mentioned it while ordering. I went inside to get some ketchup and the manager who was bent over the counter on her phone was so upset I was there that she was chastising the two employees for leaving the door open and allowing me in instead of just grabbing the ketchup. Tattoo face lady angrily said we had her effed up and everyone was cursing and yelling at each other all because I came to a restaurant for food. Because of the employee interaction I left before ever getting my ketchup, and my shoes were almost stuck to the floor it was so gross. I’m jaw dropped at the lack of professionalism and common decency. No wonder the drive thru line was literally empty.

I have been a manager in customer service for over a half a decade. If I would have treated the customers the way I was treated by their staff today, I wouldn’t have a job. The employees speaking to each other and the customers was rude and aloof. The building was nauseating at best. They were out of a lot that was not reflected on the signs. The parking lot is a death trap. HIW HAVE THEY NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN?!?!

Drive through 9:10pm may 9th 2023 asked for no ranch no cheese on my wrap it was wrong drove around to ask for them to remake it and got the window slammed in my face.
