If I could give zero stars, I would. The attitudes of staff were rude and pushy. As soon as you order one item, the response is, is that it. The food was cold and disgusting. We didn’t receive the correct sauces. I could go on, but what’s the point. They clearly dislike their jobs and don’t care to be friendly, which is sad as this is what destroys companies, especially nowadays. You get paid a wage for customer service. The manner in which they threw the bags out of the window and had no regard for anyone or anything is the sort of thing that I continuously see nowadays. Will never go again! Stay away if you want halfway decent food or people that have any manners whatsoever.

Ordered the baconator meal and an order of baconator fries. The order taker goes “instead of the regular fries?” If I wanted that instead of the regular fries I would have said so. Also, barely got a hello, thank you, have a nice day etc nor could I really understand her to begin with. Customer service SUCKS. Food was also cold!

Stopped in for a sanity bite after waiting at the border for 2.5 hours. We were famished, the food should have tasted like heaven. We ordered two baconators. There was no redeeming qualities about these burgers. They were cold, the bun tasted like a gluten-free bun and slightly freezer burnt. The bacon was so hard I thought I might break a tooth. The meat was non-descriptive. To top it off, the service was mediocre. They just left the burgers sitting on the counter waiting for someone to claim them. If they did call out the order, I didn’t hear it from 2 meters away with only one other family in the restaurant.

It doesn’t matter what you say to these employees, they never listen. They pretend to give you what you ask for, but I’m sorry, if I ask for a sandwich “made to order” and the lady asks me to pull forward because they are “making my sandwich FRESH” and proceeds to come out the side door in about one minute and then my sandwich is not as hot as it would be if it had just come off the grill… Well, that’s a liar. It doesn’t matter that I rarely visit Wendy’s anymore, it happens all the time… Something is always wrong!

This was my second jr bacon cheeseburger after the first two didn’t have bacon. I was informed by the manager that I actually recieved a extra piece of bacon,after I had been told several times to have a nice day ….not in the nice way just being dismissed by mr. cocky manager. He really didn’t seem to care that the quality of the food was horrible as he was dismissing me..My promise to him to contact corporate will stand because when I spoke to family members of what happened they also had stories of the same type of treatment specifically by him

Went inside tonight nobody was in the restaurant or dining area. The man behind the counter said they could not serve us because the drive thru was to busy. We observed 2 cars in the drive thru. The man behind the counter was very poor at customer service. Very sublevel business practices and we won’t be returning or recommending this Wendys to anyone in the distant or near future. If I could give zero stars I would.

Marc was extenely pushy and didn’t give us time to look at the menu. Also Marc asked if I wanted bittle water or fountain water and then ended up giving me bottled, so why even ask? He wouldn’t give our recipt so we had to ask for it.

They made sure to mess up my order. Asked for no mayo on 1 sandwich. Guess the one thing that they put on that sandwich? Mayo. I ordered something that regularly comes with a pretzel bun. Came with a regular bun. Won’t be back in my lifetime.

Every time I come to this Wendy’s, they are always out of something, mess up my order or make me wait a questionable amount of time. Always super rude for some reason. I work in retail and can tell you that’s not how to handle customers in any way. Last time they didn’t even bother to give me straws, a spoon or napkins.

Stopped here with my daughters to get some dinner, staff is friendly, it’s a little different as it’s connected to a gas station, the chili I had seemed like the beans were under cooked, I’ll give it another try if I’m in the area again.
