3 stars because the young lady working drive through was working so hard and was very kind even was I was upset. The rest of the crew was what looked like teenage boys on their 1st day on the job. Maybe everyone was training during dinner rush? It was a mess! Drive through was doing a decent job but carry out and dinne in was not going so well.

Today I ordered lunch for my daughter. The person on the speaker said he could make my meal cheaper by making it in a bag, I was like sure. After I paid, I had my daughter check her food and we were missing one of her burgers. I told the girl at the window and she said that it wasn’t put in. I was perplexed. It’s what I ordered. Apparently the person on the speaker omitted one of my burgers for a better deal. I wanted my daughter to have her meal. They charged me $3.55 for an addl burger and my meal was ALOT more expensive. I saved NO money. I was mad and the manager on duty was laughing at me. This infuriated me! I should not have been charged the $3.55 for the stupid burger. They should have apologized to me and made it right. No one should be belittled and laughed at. I will NOT be returning to this location!

Had to wait over 30 mins inside for my order. I watched several people come in, order and get their food, same with drive thru. I asked where’s my order, they looked at me like I was crazy then said oh, we accidentally skipped over you. The girl got all but my sandwich together, 10 mins later got my sandwich. Sandwich looked like it was thrown into the wrapper, fries were ice cold and the “free” large frosty was like it was the premix. Terrible experience and I did voice it to a few customers and they left without ordering and a few said I should get my money back because how ridiculous this was.

I have ate at this Wendy’s over 100+ times in the last 10 years. The older gentlemen who works the window during lunch M-F is one of the best fast food employees you will ever find. The man deserves a raise. He is exactly what you need in a customer facing employee. Always smiling and being friendly. This Wendy’s is well ran and always fast. One of the best fast food joints I have ever visited.

Food is always good and hot from here. I honestly don’t usually go inside as it’s alittle out of my most traveled area. But the elderly lady at the register was a little brisk in taking our order and a bit snippy when my husband asked a question about the drink machine. Otherwise it was a nice clean dining area.

I only give five stars if it changed my life. I could live without it, but I don’t want to. We are always looking for reasonably low-insulin (think keto) and low-allium (onion, garlic, etc.) meals. The grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce instead of bun, added avocado, and sauce on the side is not a pure match and is messy, but it’s delicious!
