This location looked deserted on a Saturday at 10:54pm. Doors were locked. Wendy’s standards have gone completely downhill. If my son didn’t love Wendy’s, I swear I’d only go to the one on DuPont Road, but that’s quite a drive unless we are already on that side of town.

Do not think I’ll be stopping by this location ever again. The staff weren’t very inviting. When I asked a question about what I ordered to clarify, the employee seemed irritated like it was an inconvenience to her. The time it took for them to ask me what I wanted to place my order was a little unreasonable given its fast food and there was only 1 car in front of me and no one behind me. I ordered a salad and was very disappointed. I took a few bites before I noticed that under the parts i had taken bites from that half the lettuce looked brownish and wilted. It looked rotten. I did not eat the rest of it. Very upset that I paid $10 for something I ended up not eating because it looked rotten. Definitely won’t be wasting my money at this location anymore.

If you’re not gonna be serving food till midnight. Like advertised and just not saying anything. When you pull up to the drive through. Then please turn off your lights. So people don’t waste their time coming up in ordering to a silent board.

Stopped here while on a road trip…. My Dr Pepper tasted like MOLD! My guess is they do not clean the nozzles of their drink machines or possibly have mold in the ice container. Either way I’m thoroughly disgusted… I love Dr Pepper but I could only take a couple sips before I tossed the drink. Gross

Terrible customer service and willingness to fix mistakes. The food is also cold and not fully cooked. Just went through the drive through and the lady taking our order rushed us and we were the only customers on the entire property. my order was served wrong, not a big deal, I went back through and asked for them to fix it. I was then served two cold burgers that they supposedly fixed. Also the chicken nuggets we had were not fully cooked.

If you are waiting for five stars service, this is not the right place. We Ordered 5 different combos, the staff gave us the order together, and when we asked which one is which, they had to open all the hamburguers to answer us. They were nice but it’s unacceptable. The restaurant wasn’t enough clean.

I was told to pull up from the drive through window to wait on my food. I waited for 20 minutes and watched 7 vehicles get served. I moved from my spot to go inside and ask about my order. The door was locked so I drove back where I had been told to wait and pulled into the parking spot directly in front of me. I got out of my vehicle and walked over to the window. This took less than 2 minutes if that. I told the lady at the window that I had been waiting for 20 minutes for my order. She then proceeds to get an attitude, her facial expression was mean, her tone of voice very discourteous, and tells me they brought my food out, I must have pulled off. I explained to her that I simply drove around the building to the entrance and came back because the door was locked, a move that took less than 2 minutes. She basically tells me that I drove off, implied that I was lying about how long I was gone, snaps that someone will come out with the food and then closes the window in my face before I can say anything. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t go over there to yell, I was just asking about my order. She did not apologize and made it seem as if I was the reason it took them more than 20 minutes to bring my food out. The young lady that brought my food was very polite and apologized for the delay. When I stated my intention to file a complaint about the cashiers bad attitude she told me that the cashier was the manager. I was so displeased I just took my food and left without checking it. It was not the correct order and the salad looked like it was thrown together, no Asiago cheese, only half the chicken that normally comes with it and my large fries suddenly transformed into an order of small fries. I have never had an unpleasant experience at that spot until today. That manager needs a course in customer service.
