Ordered 2 double stacks, a chicken sandwich and a large fries. What I got is one of the saddest meals I’ve ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. Burgers had no condiments and what looks like a quarter slice of cheese. No pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard or pickles . On top of that, my large fry was about a third full. Even the chicken sandwich was completely plain. Like how are you that lazy?

Drive-thru was busy so we went in. Not a single person greeted my group. I ordered to go from the kiosk. Took awhile to get food. Place looked gross. Guy touching food after wiping his nose. Food was dry. We will never go back to this location!

The salads are always good. Just like most restaurants, they’re understaffed. The service was very slow, dine in and drive through. The staff in place were doing their best. It would be better to close a restaurant than to give such a bad impression. Corporate or the owner should be more aggressive finding employees or they should close their business when they can’t support their clientele. They should also have separate locations for services like door dash.

I am not from this area and stopped by drive-thru to get a chili with cheese then went back to work nearby. Opened my chili and there is mold on the cheese! I was so mad and didn’t go back to complain cause my lunch was over. I called there number and no one answered, call just gets dropped after a minute. I didn’t even want to give a star but it’s the only way I can leave a review. I just hope everyone else looks at their meal thoroughly before eating it and then getting sick.

This location has declined a lot in the last year. I waited 20 – 25 minutes just to put in an order. The food was cold, they were out of bourbon sauce, and one of our burgers was not even wrapped up. The staff is not friendly and don’t seem to care about keeping customers happy or being quick about anything.

They messed up our entire order, food was ice-cold and items were made incorrectly. Called in to ask for a replacement and they told us they would remake the order, but when we came back, we were refused and told that we didn’t contact them. So we were basically hassled out of getting the correct order because someone didn’t want to make things right. The manager was absolutely rude and dismissive towards us, almost aggressively insisting that the order was correct. Absolutely outrageous service here!

Ordered FOUR Jr frosty. Only got rang up for one. The bearded manager was rude and treated me like garbage. Literally shook the jr frosty at me. Check your cameras you’ll see. Then I get my food and the nuggets are cold with weird taste to them like they have been sitting for a while they even smell like plastic. It’s not even worth the time or effort to go back and deal with rudeness to have it made right. I just won’t be going back. Do better.

I definitely recommend this Wendy’s for anyone who wants to pay for nothing. I went through the drive-thru and paid for my food with my debit card. The cashier said my card was declined, so I gave him cash and checked my bank account. The amount for my Wendy’s order was clearly the last transaction in my account and I showed the cashier that it had come out when he scanned my card. I thought we were just going to have a good laugh and I would get my cash back and get my food and be on my way. At this point the manager comes over and tells me she has no record of the first transaction on my debit card and would have to keep my cash in order to give me my food. I asked for my cash back and left without food. The amount of my order is still withdrawn from my checking account. Luckily, steak and shake was also open late and they were happy to give me actual food for actual money. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else for chili.
