Listen…..the staff in this place were theeee nicest staff I have seen in a fast food restaurant. I can tell that the management staff are pleasant people because it shows with the staff. They smile and speak. There werent any loud inappropriate conversations going on, just a positive vibe. The dining area carpet is a mess and needs to be removed, and the drive-through speaker didn’t work, so we had to go in and make the order but I was glad that we had to go in because the staff made our day. Although the restaurant itself needs an upgrade, the staff were remarkable!!

This was the most disgusting meal. Absolutely everything was wrong. Order was messed up. No bacon on one baconator and missing one patty on the other. Dry and missing condiments. Granted things look different than advertised but this is ridiculous. Fries we had a large and small. There was more in the small box than the large. Both looked like they were scraped off the bottom of the fryer. Super brown, soggy and cold. Out of chili.

This used to be our favorite place for quick eats. No more for us. Last time I went through the drive through, the children running the drive through would wait until I ordered for my whole family, then say they are out of hamburgers and chicken. Then when I would pause to see if there was anything else I would order, the children were screwing around with the mic on, so I said we’re done. I haven’t returned. I pray this place gets picked up by a new franchisee and management team soon. I miss my number three meal.

Incredibly ineffective workers. No one else in line but took 10 minutes to make one double hamburger. Manager tried to apologize for the delay and make it right with *another* sandwich! Not the right message being sent. This is perhaps the worst Wendy’s I have ever visited.

Don’t even bother pulling in to parking lot. I would give 0 stars if possible. The staff is completely lost. Out of food constantly. The management refused to help in any way. Literally was told to come inside because drive thru wasn’t working, then managers refused to clear an order off the screen to take my order, then was told to go back outside to go through drive thru, there was a 6 car deep line outside by then. I still waited and then got to the front of the line just to find out they’re out of multiple items. The manager refused to talk to me or answer any questions or help in anyway whatsoever. This was the last chance with them. This has happened more than once. We don’t have a lot of fast food options here so it would be great to get anyone who actually cared a little bit there. They’ve been AWFUL for years. Corporate please help!

Horrible!!!!!! We had a coupon for 2 combos $10. She charged us $15 I said that can’t be she ask for help waited almost 10 minutes then finally rering everything then $13 odd cents almost $14 then my husband said find he was tired of waiting we should have left!!!! This location used to be decent, but now they have people working the drive-thru who don’t know how to listen to a simple order and then proceed to give you a completely different item than what you ordered. Not even worth the headache to go there anymore.

When going through the drive-through noticed quite a few employees out in the parking lot which is fine. We were told to wait to order even though there was no other vehicle in line. When trying to order, we were given a list of everything that they were out of and they acted like it was a pain for the sandwiches that we did ask for. We then decided to just leave and go somewhere else has to be the worst experience we have had at this location. just got to Plainfield Wendy’s.

I have never experienced such unprofessional rude ignorance than I just did from Miichaela in the drive thru. What I wanted I could not get so I needed a bit of time to pick something else out. I don’t think that was too much to ask. Michaela should be ashamed of herself or if not, Wendy’s should be ashamed of having an employee like her.
