Shut down please!!! Went through the drive thru and had to wait 20 minutes for food to be cooked. I went in after waiting so long and saw the manager wiping his nose with his hand. Cashier was dirty in appearance. I politely asked for a refund and went on my merry little way.

It has taken me a while to write this review, because I am conflicted. I LOVE Wendy’s fast food. It’s relatively cheap for a good amount of food that tastes great. It’s my go to fast food place. However, I had a terrible experience at the Wendy’s in Fishers Indiana on 116th st. I had just finished going to two different doctors appointments and was feeling hungry so I decided that instead of trying something new and possibly expensive I’d go for a classic. So I ordered a classic Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken sandwich combo and a Strawberry shake. Then I started driving home. After driving about halfway home i decided that traffic was less hectic and could start eating my sandwich. I get a few bites into it when I realize that something is off. It tastes weird and my mouth felt funny. So I pull off to the side of the road in pendleton and look at my sandwich. Much to my disgust and horror there was a very large sized spot of mold on the bun. On closer inspection there were even smaller spots throughout the bun. So at this point I’m realizing that my mouth is very tingly and my throat is slightly swollen. So I then drive myself to the hospital. I am allergic to Penicillin and amoxicillin and so the mold was giving similar reactions. Thankfully it was a mild reaction. I then looked up the number and called the store and they said it wasn’t them it was the other store. I looked up the store again to make sure I had the right on (I did) and they then said yes they were the one on 116th st. Then I told them what happened. They of course said they checked the package that my bread was supposed to be from and said that none of the other bread was moldy. Now I don’t know what to do. I feel wronged. This should never have happened. I talked with a lawyer and they said because I didn’t have lost wages (because I was off that day) and because it wasn’t a severe enough reaction leaving me in the hospital for more than a few hours that they couldn’t do anything for me. But what happens if/when this Wendy’s sells bad food again? Does someone have to die for someone to get the store looked into? Please check your food before eating, I know I do now.

This review is for 116th and I69 location, in Fishers, IN. Service not that great. Actually it sucked. It would be nice if you get source cream and butter as asked and on receipt. WATCH OUT for prices. Menus price shows different price for Dave’s Single combo, but you pay for Triple combo , also on receipts.

Service was super slow and every car in the drive-through was pulled forward or into a spot. After the long wait the food was incorrect and had to go in to get corrected. The staff was friendly and had no issues with remaking the items needed. Overall it shows there is an hours or staffing shortage at this location. May need to start thinking about better benefits and pay….

We had the buy one Baconator get one for $1 coupon on the app – had it scanned and was still charged full price. The manager on duty comes over and says to the employee ‘what she didn’t tell you any of this when you started’ I heard her and responded ‘no he scanned it with the coupon on there’. She claimed we would have to come back when the general manager is there and get a refund because she can’t do them. Both employees we encountered were rude and pushy, loud music playing in the background (which normally wouldn’t even care about but it added to the entire experience). The manager on duty should be able to handle customer issues, otherwise what’s the point? Did not tell us when the general manager would be in. To busy rapping in the background to take care of customers. Will not be back.

Every time we come here (which is not often), we always get cold fries that taste like a chemical and with just one bite of a fry we are fighting over the bathroom bc we get sick and nauseous. Today, I got a 4-piece nugget and only got 3, yes 1 nugget isn’t much of a difference but when this is my only meal because my day was long and stressful I would like what I ordered. I’m greatly upset and shaky from lack of food. Never getting food from here again.

The WORST WENDYS I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this location several tries. Every time the service is horrible. This time the girl on the drive thru window was disrespectful and rude! She did not tell us a total, snatched my debit card and flung it back. No receipt was given. She threw the food through window and the food was thrown together messy. Nothing was fresh, the wilted lettuce was disgusting. And the girl acted as if we were bothering her asking for napkins. The manager was unbothered when we brought the issues to his attention. I will never spend another penny at this location. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS LOCATION, you will be very disappointed.

First I got sweet tea instead of unsweetened, and when I went in to exchange it, I was told they didn’t have any. After I questioned them, they gave me 3/4ths of a cup (not full). By then my food was ready, except I got the wrong sandwich and had to go In again (my bad! I should have checked before returning to my car). The worst part was the attitude! I was treated as I was an inconvenience to them, not a customer who had gotten a wrong order. First and last time at this location…

I don’t know if the lady who is taking the orders at the window is having a bad day but she was being difficult when I attempted to place my order. Then didn’t even take my full order and gave me half the meal and the damn thing was thrown in the bag and was spilled all over the bag. I won’t be coming here again this was a terrible experience.
