Food was the best part of the visit and it was just okay. You could not order from the counter only from the kiosk. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The person wiping the tables sprayed ever table that had no one at it with cleaner the grabbed about 3 inches of napkins to wipe them off. In general the inside just looked run down

Was told the computer was down for 20 mins. I said that’s ok I’ll wait I’m not in a hurry, to which the manager replied well probably more like an hour. Obviously didn’t want to take orders as the were probably short staffed. Pay them more and u won’t have this problem. But still pretty bad they didn’t want to take my order.

I had to call the police because they threw my food in the trash after they chucked sauce at me through the drive thru line & gave me a crumpled up chicken sandwich. It was a waste of $11.87 and energy. I stayed calm and they refused my refund and receipt even after corporate verbally stated that a receipt should always be given and refunds can be administered if customers aren’t satisfied. It’s one thing to throw stuff and slam doors, it’s an entire different thing to just refuse a refund for mistakes a customer didn’t make. I’ll never support again. So terrible 4 police officers had to be called out for them to be physically watched to remake food.

Not that this review will make a difference. But the fact that i just went in here and paid for food that i couldn’t eat made my waste of time worth it. Megan the GM is terrible at her job. I went in there and they didn’t have grilled chicken and Megan told me that i can’t get my money back a receipt or anything! Walked out of there hungry and empty handed while seeing new customers come in and Megan still didn’t have the “no grilled chicken” sign up to allow other customers decide if they still wanted to purchase food they can’t eat from her. A complete joke!

Ordered the drive through around 11p. The mgr told me to pull forward with nobody in line because they have a timer for how fast they get the food to you (not my problem). That was more important than getting hot food to us apparently because all of the food we ordered was cold. This is right next to the heart surgery hospital where my family and I have been all day. Just wanted a hot meal after a long day.

Terrible terrible experience. Trying to get decent customer service is out the door here. Apparently reading these reviews I’m not the only one who feels the same. Who hired Meghan as a manager? She must’ve given herself that title, because I don’t understand how anyone in their right mind would want to promote her. She’s your standard of a good manager? She’s the example of how this place should be ran? Corporate needs to restart at this location or just close it.

I was in the dining area this afternoon and heard the MOST disconcerting interaction between a manager working the register and another customer… he was trying to order his sandwich and she told him to hurry up, THEN told him to f-off when he was trying to describe how he wanted to order it. Another manager stepped in and said she was surprised he could spell her name. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. I work in customer service and feel like the bar here is slightly above “breathing and can show up to work”. Even then I will never come back. Telling a customer to f-off? Really? What planet did I just land on?

Just left drive thru and got home my food is hard and cold. I called the location and I was told just bring it back and we will replace it.. No you should not have served it!! It would take more in gas to go all the way back then the meal. You charge all this money for meals and then you give poor quality food. It’s the middle of the day there is no reason these nuggets are hard as a rock cold and burnt fries. I should have known when turn the drive thru was empty because no one wants to just give away money. Take better pride in the quality of food you are serving.
