This location will be closed in no time. Every time I come through this Wendy’s, something is wrong with the order. They got every aspect of the order wrong this time. Employees done care. Nuggets tasted like they’ve been sitting for two hours. The burger was burnt. No sauces whatsoever. Couldn’t manage to put a sauce in the bag for nuggets. Why do I even bother telling you what my order is? Just throw a bunch of stuff in the bag and it’ll be more accurate than ordering.

I will never eat at this location again. It is absolutely filthy inside. All tables were dirty with dead flies laying all over. I had to ask the person handling our food to wash his hands because he kept touching his face and beard, wiping sweat on his sleeve. Disgusting.

If you want to wait for 5 minutes to order when there is only one other car in the drive-thru, then look no further. I stop at this location fairly often due to it being in a convenient location. But as I’m writing this the car in front of me has been at the pickup window before I got here, while I am waiting to have my order taken.

I just stopped by for a quick bite to go. I had my truck & equipment trailer which is never convenient or fun trying to get through a drive thru. So I went inside to order, but the gate was down, and they weren’t taking inside orders. They made an exception for me and let me place an order inside. They could have easily turned me away, but instead went above the standard/exception to help. Thanks!

We wait 20min in line to order, then before we can order they explain to us they can only take cash. No problem. We have cash on us. So we order and then get up to the window, Try and hand them the $100 bill and of course they can’t take it…

Got made to wait while manager has break or something with employee at back door. Pulled up- one car was ordering. I circle around and see the manager standing out back with a crew member guy. They don’t budge to go inside when they see a car coming around. I get to the speaker and am greeted with recording. I respond to the recording and then am told be right with you. Then I hear laughing and the conversation from those 2 about telling me they would be right with me-They’re only a few feet I can still hear them. A few minutes pass, the truck ahead got his food and left, then finally she comes on and says to go ahead. I ordered, paid and left. No name tag on the lady but she was in manager shirt with glasses and blue finger nails. The same guy was also now visible through the drive thru window helping to make my order presumably. Bacon hard as a rock on JBC. Oh have receipt will follow up further but this location is sad. Nice area everything is busy but them. They will end up closed, Dave Thomas rolling in his grave… nothing like it was built to be! There is always some shortcoming but I still show back up in hopes I’ll get a good burger! I’m dreaming!

Probably shouldn’t be advertising this for them but the staff very kindly opened up the front tills 20 minutes early just to serve me! The place was clean and tidy and the food was cooked well and ready to order as a Wendy’s goes, it’s really good!

Went through the Drive-Thru at 8:15 pm on 4/4. No outside lights on, menu board was dark as well. Ordered a combo with a frosty and was told they didn’t have frostys available. Got to the window, paid for the food (almost $30). Saw that the reason that frostys weren’t available is because machine was already broken down and clean (almost 3 hours before closing time….really???) Sat for almost 4 minutes at the window when a female, who I assumed was the Manager, came to the window and told me that they didn’t have any spicy chicken fillets and would I be okay with a regular chicken sandwich instead. This was the “best” part of the visit because she seemed to have an attitude as well as an unfriendly tone of voice. As I sat there deciding if I wanted a regular chicken sandwich, I’m not gonna lie, I pondered this for about 10-15 seconds. While I was deciding, I realized she was tapping her nails on the Drive-Thru window sill with kind of a “come on, hurry up and decide” feeling. I took the regular chicken sandwich. There were only 3 positive things about this “experience”; The 1st positive was the young lady who collected the money from us at the window, she was very pleasant. The 2nd positive was driving away from the window after getting our food. The 3rd positive was that the other female who I assumed was the Manager has saved us about $700 – $800 that we would have spent for the remainder of 2023 as well as the future $ for 2024 and on after that as we won’t be back, ever. We probably averaged 5 visits every 2 months at $25-$30 a visit. No more…..
