I made a pickup order yesterday during breakfast and had a coworker go pick it up. It wasn’t even ready when she got there and they had no customers. She had to tell two different people how the sandwiches was supposed to be made and that the two biscuits and gravy was to have extra gravy. After standing there for 15 minutes she finally got our food. When she got back to work the sandwiches was still wrong and there was barely any gravy on the biscuits so no extra gravy. I called and the manager gave me a choice of lunch or a full replacement of my breakfast this morning. I chose breakfast I got to work about 7am I’ve been calling Wendy’s since 730am it is now noon and someone is yet to answer the phone and breakfast is now over. I’m not very happy about this. I hope someone will reach out to fix this problem. Or at least give me my $20 back.

Avoid this Wendy’s. It was 11:15 and they said they took their last order for the night when they know they close at 12:00. You need to adjust your hours if that’s the case. Usually the food here is nasty anyways so I guess it was a win.

The lobby isnt open at 1130 and there are no hours listed when it will be open. The clerka are always rude and ignore me when im standing at the register for more than 10 minutes. Hire more people

I don’t know how this store stays in business they never open till 12 and usually the manager is sitting outside smoking instead of opening the store need to get a manager in there that cares a little bit because this one don’t care at all and the employee that do show up they hide from the guest running around trying to stay out of sight

Their hours are incorrect. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up at 11 am and they said they are not open yet. I’ll have to 2nd guess ordering here from now on

Placed a pickup order more than 30 minutes before their scheduled closing. Pulled up to the drive through and all the lights were off like they were closed. Since I already paid for my order I tried pulling up to the window to find out what was going on. There was one employee inside with his headset on just wandering around. Passed by the window three times before he noticed me. Only to have him motion at me like they were done taking orders. He finally opens the window, and try to explain to him I have a pickup, and what is going on. He just stares at me until I ask what time mobile order cutoffs are. He says 10pm. This makes absolutely no sense. Why does the app allow you to place orders past that time, or am I just being blatantly lied to at this point?!? Save your time and money and go somewhere else where the employees actually work.
