This Wendy’s branch specifically is very slow, I went ahead and did a mobile order, drove then when I got it, main entree was missing and 2 of the kids drinks. This Wendy’s has been like this for a while now. Always gets the order wrong, either missing or gone, I wasted time, money and gas. And all you get is Sorry. And just have to deal with it. I do not recommend this place if you value your time.

They didn’t listen at the speaker when I changed my choice and when I was repeated my order at the pay window I corrected the wrong item and was told no ya they still got it for the right one. Knew they didn’t pulled away parked to check bags and I was correct they gave me the wrong item I went in they gave me the stuff to add to my item to make it correct I was fine went back to my car got ready to leave and pull out my small fry I ordered at the end and they didn’t put that in there had to go in a second time for fries that weren’t even fresh. Bunch of kids running it see no real management and adults over 25ish

I’m done coming to this location. Every time I have come either through the drive through, or dine in, I have to wait for my food at least 15 minutes. I have tried ordering ahead on the app to help speed up the process, and it still takes forever. Most recently, I ordered on 6/5 through the app as a pick up inside in case there was a line at the drive through. I thought this would speed up the process. I ordered the food at 5, to give them time to make it before the 5:20 pick up time. At 5:30 I got to the restaurant and it still was not made. At 5:50 I was finally walking out the store with my food. At least it was correct, this time. I will not ever be going back to this location, which is disappointing since I live so close. I’ll take my business to the other two Wendy’s in the areas.

The self service beverage center was missing many flavors. No Coke?! There was no Ketchup on the condiment table. The fries were not very warm. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. We will skip this Wendy’s in the future.

I love my Wendy’s fam!! In B-Creek, my favorite Wendy me and my hubby love, love their great customer service as well as there food… the staff there are awesome and polite always no matter what time of day you come there to eat. ❤️❤️

This Wendy’s never fails to mess up the order or the food is trash. I went yesterday and they forgot my chicken wrap. No “biggie”, I go in and ask for it and they gave me a really nasty old tasting one. Then I had to go home and air fry my fries because they were old and gross. I’m so polite when I go anywhere but here I can’t get a thank you, have a nice day, here’s your change, nothing. They act like they are mad I’m there.

The store needs revamped. Looks old like it’s hamburgers. Buns taste dry like the hamburgers. The new fries are rarely hot and fresh. Used to love Wendy’s but it’s gone down hill

Cashier BAD attitude. Then she dumped my fries and chicken pieces out of the containers in the bag. I feel she did it purposely. Had my potato cheese all over the bag. Potato was thrown together sloppily.

Literally been sitting in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes and they’re not even wrapped all the way around the building. Just finally was able to get my order taken. It’s funny though because people and Wendy’s uniforms are walking from the building to Kroger when they’re already apparently not staffed enough to even fulfill orders in a decent enough time frame. I work restaurants all my life up until a couple years ago, and the traffic isn’t even that bad here so I’m not understanding why the wait is so long but yet they don’t need their staff members and they’re coming and going. All walking around a big pile of trash in the middle of the floor by the dish tank. I can see it through the first drive-thru window as I type this. One gentleman at his leisure left the building and walk towards kroger, then walked back. is it a staffing issue? Like what are we doing ♀️
