So disappointed! My daughter actually works at a Wendy’s and it is always our chosen fast food since. This Wendy’s however had a very long drive through wait, although no other customers or cars in the drive through and we were given old dried up burgers not even the ones we ordered, cold soggy fries, it was a sad Wendy’s experience to say the least!

Always had great service at this location until our last visit that will be our last. We ordered from here May 11th in the evening. The doors are locked before 8pm for mobile orders so beware. We got our food home and was missing food. I called in and spoke to the manager on duty. I was nice until he had an attitude and said he had bagged the order and it was all there calling me a liar. I then did have an attitude and said I’m looking at it right now and we’re missing a burger. He then took our info and said we would get a refund that still has yet to happen.

It looked like they were short handed.. took 10 minutes for my dine in order. I did have to return the chicken salad and got a full refund. Apparently, they cook up a batch of chicken in a pan instead of making fresh when ordering.I had a hard, disgusting piece of something in my salad. THEIR BACK DOOR IS OPEN THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE INSIDE WENDYS.

Slowest service I have ever seen. This Wendy’s is a complete disappointment. We walked in and were ignored for 20 minutes, and even though they had 10-plus people bumbling around the kitchen, no one would even make eye contact as they seemed to be handling just the drive-through. Horrible.

1st red flag was the trashed bathroom and stuff all over floors. Then there was absolutely NO toilet paper. So stood in line just to tell young lady at the counter about toilet paper being out in women’s bathroom and the response I got was her rolling her eyes she said ok then continued standing there at the counter. I get that they may have been a Lil busy but the bathrooms have 2 separate toilet paper rolls dispenser no reason it should have gotten emptied since they opened 3 hours ago obviously someone isn’t doing their bathroom checks or actually doing their jobs

Terrible experience. I order my food an the gentleman taking our order mistakenly rings us up for a sandwich instead of a meal. We ask for the rest of our meal not knowing this had happen, an they gave us the fries an chicken. The manager then could be heard saying that I need to pay the $1.50 difference even though they never gave us our second drink. We offer to pay then after a discussion with this manager I tell her just to have a good day. She then continues to talk as if I stole this food that they literally handed me. I tell her that I want to file a complaint over her employee using individual cups that were ordered to fill ice in the back because the ice machine was broken without gloves after handling cards/money. She then screams putting the blame on the employee that he suffers from autism in front of the dining room instead of helping this man just find a sanitary way to go scoop ice. After telling her we want our money back she refuses and tells us to just go sit down. She then says that I need to call corporate to file a complaint.
