My son had a gift card and the server told us there was only a $1.89 balance on it. I gave her my bank card and told her to do an inquire on the gift card and let me know what it said before running my bank card. she immediately ran my bank card. I asked for the manager. The manager came to the window and instantly gave me the nastiest attitude I’d ever dealt with in my 53 years of life. Her disposition was so negative, my 14 year old son said he no longer wanted anything. in addition he forfieted the $1.89 on the card because he no longer wants to go to Wendy’s that before today was his favorite fast-food restaurant. It’s a shame I can’t bring myself to give this store in Oakwood Village Ohio one star but I had to in order to post this comment.

Horrible Service on 7/6/2023 around 1:30pm. Ordered through the drive through, .continually Rushing , “IS THAT ALL” ,,, no that’s not all. The Cashier who took my payment was the OLNY thing NICE about my visit. Now the lady which it looks like to be Tiffany, looked like a MANAGER, now she was a different story, obviously the SAME person who took my order. Just plain RUDE. great example to your co-workers. pretty much threw my drinks at me, then my food , not ONCE even looking at me , said thank u . Nothing. My suggestion is you find another Job , no one deserves have a complete stranger be so nasty. I did not fill out the application for employment. YOU DID!! … IF YOU DONT LIKE PEOPLE OR CANT EVEN TRY AND BE NICE FIND ANOTHER JOB. WENDYS should def look elsewhere for employees . Have a Nice day !! There not hard is it?!?!? lol

absolute garbage people working here… online information says the open at 9am, the signs on both entrances say they open at 9am, yet both entrances remained locked at 10am… the worker behind the counter can’t any more than just look at me and shake her head while leaning on the counter talking on the phone and apparently nothing else… the drive thru is open but of course they can’t serve anyone that on foot, what a joke. to lazy to even hang a sign saying lobby closed

This is one of the worst Wendy’s ever. Everytime I go there, it is BAD FOOD and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. In spite of knowing this, I took my kids there today, BIG MISTAKE!! Always check your kids food because these people clearly don’t care who they hand out old food to. MY 5 year old’s burger looked old and dry, like it had day old cheese in it. I hope she doesn’t get an upset stomach, she ate some of the burger, and I noticed how bad her burger looked so I returned it. The manager guy was SUPER RUDE! He tried to blame us and he never apologized. What the heck type of food establishment blames the customer because they sold old food! More importantly what type of establishment loses customers over a burger, that they didn’t make fresh. That shouldn’t never be at the customers expense. I paid for a service, that I didn’t receive. They clearly don’t have any integrity, like the girl at thier pickup window, who kept cussing out loud while we waiting a long time for our order, just to be handed OLD FOOD. They don’t care about thier reputation or thier customers. Stay clear of this trashy disgusting place.

I went to this location twice in 2 days and both times were a good experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was good as well except for the fries. They were cold & probably been sitting all day! The wait in line was really quick both visits. It was clean and, I felt comfortable eating food from there.

10/05/21 at 8:30am -The manager refused to serve me I am a truck driver and I do know that they have a policy no walk up customers but the indoor was locked I tried to call ahead of time to see if they would make an exception no answer and then when I walked up she seemed offended and told me she could not serve me I asked a nice customer Wendy’s if she would order for me and the lady made her drive all the way around and re-order she was trying to make my life hard then called to police for where I parked……our country is going through a tough time people need to come together not push people away it’s truly sad I don’t expect special treatment but for her to make it harder on purpose was not cool….
