I love Wendy’s food, but this location is abysmal and I’ve had the misfortune of experiencing their lack of service multiple times. I’ve tried to give them grace and continue coming, but the service is worse than ever, which I didn’t think was possible. The staff move in slow motion – whether walking, filling fries, or taking orders. I’ve had them close unexpectedly on me while waiting at the drive-thru speaker because they didn’t have any staff. Today at peak lunch hour they didn’t have any chili or baked potatoes. This place would be more efficiently run by elementary students. Do not go here

The dining room was not open, no indication that this was the case. Had to walk around the building to the drive through window to find anyone. Ignored there.

This is the worst wendys I’ve ever been to. We had just left a dance recital at Twinsburg High school. It’s also my daughter’s 5th birthday. She loves wendys and wanted that for her birthday dinner. We decided to meet up with family at this wendys since it’s close to the school. We Get there and the dining room is closed. nobody was in the drive thru. The place looked closed. So we decide to get the food and bring it home. Go through the drive thruplaced order and are asked to pull forward and wait. After 15 minutes of waiting we figure our food must be being made fresh. WRONG! The food was disgusting the buns were all stale hard as a rock and crumbling apart. I didn’t even eat my burger it looked so bad. The entire top of the bun was scraped off. How can you serve food like that to people? Especially kids. And now the morning after my daughter is throwing up sick from food poisoning. This is not my first bad experience at this wendys. I will never go back. And I’m warning everyone to avoid this wendys.

No fries with the meals, no sauce, all pop was down still charged extra for lemonade…. Credit card machine is down, F-bombs at the drive though window (bc of the frustration with the credit card machine but still I had my windows down and my kids could hear and see her tantrum). Just horrible.

Our feet stuck to the bathroom floor, there were no paper towels, and the toilet paper was just sitting on top of the dispenser in the stall. The service was ok. They weren’t over the top friendly, but they weren’t mean either. The biggie bag burger was old (probably from yesterday at best), and the pop machine had multiple flavors that did not taste accurate. They were not busy, and yet the place was not stocked with paper products and was dirty. They weren’t taking cash, so thankfully we had a card on us. We spent $30 for 2 adults and 1 child at Wendy’s, and it was definitely not worth it. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Didn’t honor 2 for $6 add. All four sandwiches were incorrectly made. Soda machine malfunctioned. Charged us for cups for water. Wendys would improve overall their reputation if they just shuttered this place.

Food is fine, like your typical Wendy’s. Never had a bad experience with food quality. However, if there is staff to provide service. This is the main issue. There are simply not enough people to make food, provide it timely, or provide quality service. Employees that do show up are apathetic, and clearly sick of the understaffing issue. Used to be great, but I think COVID and inflation caused this location to suffer.

Close this location down already. The people who work here are lazy. I’ve NEVER been successfully served a single time coming here. It’s always something. System down or there short staffed and say 30 minutes of waiting.

Ordered on the app get to the restaurant no line great should be quick ..nope ask me to pull up so I wait about 5 min then go inside my order is simple why am I waiting oh bc their laughing n chatting w a friend one of which I just saw walk in. I ask for mgr to the plain clothes gentleman standing there and she looks at me (bonnet on her head) and startled turns around hands me a bag. I get to the car fries are cold nuggets cold how when I just sat as long as I did. Then get home the extra condiments I paid for are not on their burgers cold and buns hard I’m so annoyed. Couldn’t even refund when I called not trained. I get things happen but these were just too many “things” I’ll be making a customer service complaint tomorrow
