Went inside and ordered grilled chicken and other meals. Ask for them to be dropped fresh and after they heard that they advised us that they were out of grilled chicken. When we asked for the district manager’s phone number and employee came out and said he was the assistant district manager and he said what’s the problem. He was very rude and disrespectful and also was nasty about where our vehicles were parked claiming we were blocking the drive-thru when the sign clearly marked the drive-thru in a different location. I have always had problems at this location

As usual, cant get an order right. Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal. Got the fries and they stuck 10 sauces in the bag for some reason, but no nuggets lol. No lunch tonight for me lol. Do better for once. Same people that cry for 15-20 dollars per hour cant get an order right to save their life.

I had a mobile order. When I went to pick it up, the food wasn’t ready & I was asked to come inside. Once I got inside, I had to wait 25 minutes. Then I had to ask for my drinks. Finally after I left, I realized I was missing the nuggets for both the 4 for $4’s I ordered. I had to go all the way back for them.

Ordered and they had no Lemonade. Asked for a Frosty and it was out. Tried a baked potato and the answer was no. Went to pay and was told they didn’t have any change. Good thing they were only opened for a few more hours.

Didn’t have chicken . Didn’t have Frosty’s , and the pecan salad I ordered my girlfriend, didn’t include the pecans. It’s literally in the name of what it’s supposed to have. When told the didn’t have what I ordered at the window, they tried to give me less than the difference in price with 2 crumpled dollar bills. It’s consistently bad service and below average food compared to other Wendy’s in our area. That was the last time I will give that store my business.

I’ve had many terrible experiences here, they’re always out of everything and if they do have it, it’s disgusting, I refuse to even consider stopping at this Wendy’s but my brother had an interview and he walked there. Someone was behind the counter and a kid was riding a scooter in the dining room, doors were locked and the lady just kept shaking her head no so he tried calling with no answer, he left. The entire store is a joke.

As you can read by other reviews this establishment does suck when it comes to waiting. The staff there will try to accommodate you if you don’t give ‘em attitude back. I waited 20 min for a burger and ff and they realized they gave it to another car. They remade it and threw in a frosty so for that I’ll give ya another star and a half other than that go to Oregon .

Waited almost 10 minutes in line to place my order, at the drive-thu. I ordered a Chili with Cheese, a dbl Cheeseburger plain, a dbl Cheeseburger no pickles with an order of french fries. I waited again to pay at the window then was told to pull up again waited 5 minutes. Before they brought my order out to me. When I got home my order was totally screwed up. The dbl cheeseburger plain had no cheese. The other dbl cheeseburger had pickles on it. Not to mention there were no french fries at all. I was so disappointed. I realize a lot of businesses are under staffed. I was very patient while I had to wait. But it really bothers me that after waiting so long and my order wasn’t even correct.

It took about 10 mins for someone to wait on me at the speaker. Then they told me to pull ahead, I just had a grubhub order. Then they tell pull in moblie parking. There’s 3 others waiting. Wait 15 more mins for food. And then since I was annoyed about them wasting my time and gas. I wanted to get my customer their order that they were waiting on. I get across the bridge and they didn’t give me the drinks. This stuff affects us delivery drivers pay. We don’t get paid to wait! And it makes customers unhappy.
